Jabra GN9330e USB Wireless Headset 9337-509-405

Great purchase but I have noticed that the device is starting to lose how long it will stay charge,at this point the battery dies around about 4 hours so must be charge immediately in order to continue use set up is very simple and is a great access to my life or my job I would buy this product again however I will see about extending the battery life. I purchased this device in Aug 2017. Battery life was around 8-9hours at that time.*****I have contacted the seller about my battery and the seller will be sending me a new one for free of charge no questions asked! I like to thank the seller for responding so quickly and making the process so easy. Before I contacted the seller I looked at replacement batteries and they run about 70-80 bucks so this is a very welcomed surprise. I've told several of my co workers about this headset and who I purchased it from. Thanks again.

Unit seems to be of high quality construction. Used in over the head mode, the fit is quite comfortable. The controls on the headset itself work well. However, the audio quality is not impressive. When I switch between the handset I have the unit plugged into and the unit itself there is a quite significant reduction in fidelity (frequency range). Given the limited bandwidth on any POTS phone, that is saying something. I'm also told the talk volume is low. One can adjust the talk volume, but beyond a limited amount, the feedback is intolerable.Range is excellent, battery life is very good. Fix the clarity/volume issues and this would be a great headset.

I have used several of the GN9330e wireless headphones for salespeople and shop floor managers. These are great little headsets for the money and they have an incredible range away from the base charger. The only reason why I'm not giving it 5 stars is that the plug that attaches to your telephone is a cheaper part and I have had it break on two models. This doesn't keep the unit from working, but it prevents the RJ connector from "snapping" into place. Therefore, if you move the base unit, it can unplug the cable from the telephone. The only other negative is that the headset does not have background noise reducing capability, but this is a small trade off for the price and performance.

I'm not very happy with this headset. Two reasons: the first one is that you need a cordphone to plug the headset in order to work. It doesn't go to the line directly. At home I only have cordless phones, therefore I had to buy one. Second, as opposed to other models more expensive, you need to hang up the phone from the cordless phone and then switch to the headset. That is really not what I was looking to.Also instructions were not clear on how to make it work. I guess I'll buy the most expensive item, which is the one I had and I needed to replace.Very dissapointed and look carefully how are you going to use this headset. Otherwise, the "cheaper model" can end up very expensive.

I feel these are a little over priced and that you are only paying extra for the name brand. There are other MFG's out there that make similar products that are much more cost effective. The only reason we purchase these is because the managers like them. If it were up to me, I would go with the less expensive MFG's.

I bought this as I have previously owned GN Netcom Headsets. I really like this headset, it is very clear both incoming and outgoing. With the controls in the base, it was very easy to adjust inbound and outbound levels. However, I am disappointed in the battery life. My old batteries would last for 6 - 8 hours. I can get maybe 2 or 3 hours on my new headset at best. Other than that, it is a great unit.

I bought this at the request of a new employee (other employees have this same model). Everyone seems to like and prefer this model (I do not use it). I have had no complaints and zero support calls on this item!

This product works easily with my Cisco IP phone at work (call center).I didn't have to have IT install it. I am able to walk around seamlessly.The only downfall is that the headset does not ring on an incoming call.You have to hit the button on the phone base station to answer the call.

Shipping - Not to fast but it came when they said it would.Product- Great headset, comfortable with the headband. I didn't receive the ear hook and was initially disappointed. However the seller offered to credit my order for one. I tried the header with the headband and I don't think I would want the ear hook now. Has noise cancellation and battery last a good amount of time. I work in the office all day and get a lot of use out of this. Saves my neck from the phone to shoulder kink we all know about.Thanks seller
