Tech Tools Stop Hand Bookends - Desktop Madness Series (HS-8003)

I love these things! They are a great addition to my console table. They are quirky and fun. Great quality. They also seem so sturdy, and I have no hesitation keeping them out with three young kids.

Great looking, but not as heavy as I thought they would be for bookends.

These are fantastic. Exactly how they are protrayed in the photos. They also seem to do well holding up some pretty heavy books!

I LOVE these "hand" knick-knacks by Tech Tools! I started with the one that holds your phone (even in a texting position), then bought the pen holder (the hand grips the pens while the wrist side is a magnet for holding paper clips, etc., and finally this bookend set. I have them all on my desk at work and EVERY SINGLE PERSON in my office has stopped to pick them up, fawn over them, threaten to steal them, etc. They are terrific! They are all very well made, heavy (solid), and do exactly what they say they will. I don't regret any of the purchases for a single second! In fact, I bought a second "phone holder" for my nightstand. I can have my iphone plugged in and charging while it sits in the hands ready to go. Plus it is positioned so I can easily see who is calling or texting... also perfectly placed for "alarm clock mode." Just buy one and I bet you will buy the set too! But definitely start with the phone holder... it is my favorite (and everyone who has stopped at my desk says the same thing).

The stop hands are whimsical, clever bookends. Large enough to hold up even tall books, they decorate my desk while also serving a useful function. I also bought the cell phone holder, a pair of hands with thumbs poised to send a text message. With a protective covering, my phone doesn't fit squarely inside the hands, but if I tilt it slightly, it fits fine and looks good. I'd buy these items again and from this seller. The packaging was good, and delivery was fast. Customer service was personal and direct.

the bookends are great looking and quite durable.. they look like ladies hands, and there are very few ladies who do not polish their nails. having lots of colors on MY hands, so do my bookends. quite a gag, and the colors can be changed as the mood changes. no one does not get a kick out of them, mostly me. I am even thinki9ng of naming them.

I absolutely love these whimsical hand bookends. I've got them on a corner in my desk. They keep my frequently-used reference books nearby, they look great, and they just make me smile every time I look at them. They're not too big and bulky or demanding of desktop real estate, but they make a nice statement. This was an impulse purchase but well worth it -- quite suprised by the high quality of what I thought would be a novelty item. No regrets.

They look pretty sick on my bookshelf. I do wish they were just a little heavier though.
