They really like this stuff
I built a massive kitty tower and needed 250 feet of this stuff to wind up a 4" to 3" Sch 40 PVC stack for them to climb and claw. They really like this stuff.

Rough sisal rope- did the trick for a bridge to heaven for my "tree cat".
I have a ledge that is 10+ feet up around my living room and needed to find a way for the cat to get up to it. It's too high for them to jump from the cat tree. I twisted the sisal rope around an 8-foot long piece of wood and made a bridge to the ledge. It took a little while for them to get used to it but is working like a charm. The rope gives them good grip going up and down and the one cat is also using it as a scratching post.

It has no oily residue or smell like a lot of other sisal ropes do
I used this rope for a cat scratching post. It has no oily residue or smell like a lot of other sisal ropes do. The rope has held up well to two cats using it for several months now and has no signs of breakng.

This is the exact same stuff that was on my cats original favorite scratching post that they shred to shreds after a few years. I've been looking and looking for this stuff since we need something to satisfy our cats needs. We have really big Cats that like to stretch up really high so if this doesn't work that we put it on currently, we're gonna try something else to put it on as I know they are going to love this. Something like a tall enough 2x4.

Great for cats
I used this to re-wrap part of a cat tree that my cats had ripped up. It worked great, and has been holding up for more than a month. I used several U-shaped nails to secure it.
