Airsoft Target for Shooting, Reusable BB & Pellet Guns with Trap Net Catcher Training Targets

Holds up to the Byrna SD, no problem. It's great how this target just folds up, you could take it out to the woods or whatever. I was going to build one with pvc pipe and canvas, but this baddy is plenty strong enough because of one thing I didn't count on; an extra flap of mesh hanging down in the middle, behind the paper target. This helps to slow down the projectile before it hits the back of the trap. Mind you, the target is very lightweight and the Byrna rounds can knock it right off a smooth table (or strong wind could blow it around). You could just throw a little baggy of sand or a cornhole beanbag in the bottom to weigh it down. Glad I bought this instead of making one! The trap's opening is about 12x12 inches.*UPDATE*After emptying a few more rounds through this trap, I've put a couple rips and tears in it. I imagine it won't last terribly long unless I reinforce it with some canvas. Then it won't be completely collapsable, but at least still useable. I didn't reduce my ranking for this fact, just because it's not advertised for the Byrna. I can't say how well it'll hold up to BB's or Pellets.

I needed an in-door target of a reasonable size. I read many of the reviews, both good and bad. Size wise this appeared adequate. I figured I could make it work for me. First impression, this thing looks like it wouldn't stop a spit ball without being damaged. So, I didn't try it without first a little modification.I tried several different materials. All at 400 feet per second. Interestingly, fleece and felt actually caught, and held onto the BB's. But the fabric stretched out of shape, and resulted in a weakened spots.Bottom line: I cut a piece of denim 10 1/2 by 11 inches from the leg of an old pair of jeans. Fastened it to the face of the inner curtain with small spring clips from my wife's sewing room. The clips are similar to the clips that come with it. Only a little bit larger. I like them better than safety pins for this thin material. Just 2 clips at the top worked best.I tested it with 100 rounds of 400fps from ranges of 12 feet, down to 1 foot (really, just 1 foot). With and without a target. There was no visible change to any of the materials. Also, the "box" captured and retained all of the BB's. I used the same BB's over again just to make sure the BB's were not damaged. I had no jams, and the accuracy was not affected. Plus, it can still be folded-up without removing the added denim.I would have given this 5 stars, but without modifications this isn't even worth 1 star. Modified I can give it 4 stars.

Bought this for air soft in the backyard. Folds up to almost nothing and catches everything I have thrown at it.

The product is of good quality and decent materials.Unfortunately, the material is not strong enough to withstand higher powered/field rated airsoft guns. My 400FPS AEG easily chewed through the middle impact netting, leaving a large hole after a single 95 round mid cap magazine.Works fine for lower powered guns/rifles but does not work well for anything around 400 fps.

this is good for AIRSOFT , NOT for BB or PELLET GUNS you have been WARNEDyou WILL NEED A BACKSTOP for this not only for your safety but for those around youplease research good cheap backstops they are easy to makei use this for airsoft with guns that shoot between 300 to 350 on green gas and 400 to 450 with spring powered sniper rifle. it works with thoseit will NOT work with bb guns over 450fps and i mean BB guns not air soft. and PELLET guns will TEAR this thing apartthe fabric isnt strong. the housing is just flimsy material. overall it will get torn apart very quickly over time with bb and pellet guns. with airsoft it will get dinged up.please be careful of your surroundings when shooting. please use a backstop and be careful of whats behind.otherwise this net catcher will catch airsoft but not bb or pellet. and the clips are not strong. so youre warned about that too -the clips that hold the target papers. they will tear off. so theres that...my clips tore off the fabric it connects to - meaning: these clips literally clip onto small strips of fabric so they can hang. then you attach paper to these clips. if you pull hard enough or the fabric or housing gets dinged up, the clip can rip the fabric and will not hold that corner anymore.

Works great as long as your aim is good. Will catch airport bbs with no problems. My kid shoots all over the place so that's why I said if your aim is good. Can replace the clips with clothes pins if needed and can print your own targets if you want.

I can't believe I spent money on this. The bullets that hit the target the product thing does not catch it and falls through the holes. Do not buy this it was a waste of my money and will be a waste of yours.

The target paper stays in place well and most of the BBs were successfuly trapped, only a few ricocheted out of the trap.
