great choice for those looking to simplify their home entertainment setup with limited ports
The Kinivo Premium 4K HDMI Switch is a great choice for those looking to simplify their home entertainment setup with high-resolution support and multiple input options. High Resolution Support: It supports 4K @ 60Hz, 3D, Full HD, and Ultra HD, ensuring high-quality video output. Multiple Ports: With 2 input ports and 1 output port, it allows you to connect multiple devices to a single display. Stable Performance: The switch provides high bandwidth 18Gbps data transmission, ensuring a stable and fast connection. Handles switching between Amazon Fire stick and Gaming Console without any issues. The only con would be that there is no remote to do this from the couch.

Good one in working and quality but remote has issues sometimes
I wanted it to use to switch between multiple consoles to play games. It pushes out 120Hz refresh rate on 4K with no issues. The remote is good but sometimes it doesn’t work if the box is covered with something or if we conceal it inside furniture. So plan to keep the switcher where it can directly have access from remote

This is an awesome product!
Seriously when I bought it, I was in doubt because I tried using other brand for HDMI splitting and it did not work. This one worked like a charm! I am using it for an Amazon fire stick as well as TATA Sky STB. Just a press of a button and it switches without any glitch. There are green led indicators on both left and right of the switching button and get to know which side is active. Well you can make out from the TV screen though but it helps. The all metal construction is superb, sturdy and very assuring. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for an HDMI splitting solution.

SOLID PRODUCT WITH GREAT SUPPORT
I purchased this product so that I could connect my HD-TV box [Airtel] and Phillips 3d bluray home theatre system to my LEd projector so that i dont have to physically change the HDMI cables when I switch video sources. The length of the HDMI cable from the projector to the switch in my case was very long - about 15 metres due to the room contours that had to be followed in order to hide the cable. Before this switch I had already tried out 3 other [cheaper] switches but none worked. The quality of this switch is far far better than all the others that I had got. It is robust and heavy, being made out of metal and not cheap looking re-cycled plastic like the others. It also came with its own power adapter and proper illustrated manual in good english which none of the others did. Unfortunately for me even this one did not work with my long cable. It worked fine if I attached a shorter output cable. I tried to contact the seller for trouble-shooting but there was no response. Then I sent a e-mail to the support address provided in the manual- and to my surprise I got a response in 24 hrs. They suggested to me a few solutions none of which worked. They assured me that they will definitely resolve my problem. When nothing worked then they offered to send me a replacement switch. I declined the offer as I was tired of repeating this exercise. Moreover I had also discovered that my projector had 2 HDMI input slots so I could easily run another cable from my second device and connect it to the projector directly. It was also 50% cheaper to do that. By doing this now I have got my solution. I will still recommend this switch over all others due to the reasons mentioned above. It is a quality product with great support. Go for it, but only if your cable is less than 10 mts long.

Many Devices, One Monitor- Buy It! (Review based on long term usage.)
The Kinivo 501BN is the perfect solution for someone who has multiple devices and just one monitor/TV. I have 4 devices with HDMI outputs but space for only one monitor/TV at the desk. I used to swap the HDMI cables between the devices but it was a big nuisance and the ports as well as cables could be damaged. After buying the Kinivo 501BN, it's much more convenient to switch the display for multiple devices. Note- I received the New and Improved Version of the 501BN which has the ability to disable auto switching and also supports 4K. Thanks to Kinivo and the seller- "BlueRigger India" Also- The other reviews mention problems with switching time and poor range of remote. I experienced none of it whatsoever. In fact, I was more than happy with the remote, it has a good range and you don't have to point the IR blaster directly or near to the IR receiver on the switch. In my Case, the remote worked even when held almost perpendicular to line of sight (I also doubt, how?). The Switching takes 2 seconds at most (The screen displays solid green in the bottom half while switching, which is kind of annoying, but that maybe unique to my TV and not a problem in anyway). Pros.- 1)Works great even for intensive gaming(I've tested only for 1080p [1920 X 1080] Resolution ). 2)You can use multiple devices at once.( Like downloading something on the pc and checking it regularly by switching while gaming on your console). 3)Doesn't have a power switch( which is also a con). 4)Small form Factor. 5)Value for Money. Cons- 1)It doesn't have a power switch which means it directly turns off as you turn the main power off. I don't know if it was intended to work that way or not but I must mention that there were no problems or performance issues due to that. 2) You cannot completely hide it as the IR receiver needs to be exposed for the remote to work. This may bother some people who want cleaner looks for their setup. Although the switch looks pretty decent. 3)Cable Management- This is inevitable and probably the only compromise you'll be making. Overall, if you have multiple devices(say a laptop for work and gaming pc at home), less space, only one display and buying multiple monitors isn't an option (compromising little productivity). Then look no further and go for the Kinivo HDMI Switches. (I cannot guarantee, you'll have the same satisfying experience like me, it depends on how Kinivo maintains their product quality, which I hope will only get better.)

Works flawlessly, had it for a few months now and never had a problem. Would highly recommend it and for the price it is an amazing value. I would recommend this for anyone that needs 3 HDMI inputs to their TV or for anyone that's lazy like me to flick through the Video Source button on your TV to get to the source you want. Pros: + Easy set up + IR Remote to switch between active devices + Auto switches between devices when you turn one on or off + No degradation of video quality + Does not heat up Cons: - Has a bright blue power light that is always on (another blue light for current input as well); You could just black tape over the light if it is annoying. Does light up a room a night. - No mounting screw holes; Device is lighter than my HDMI cable so it slides to the edge of the stand. Could easily fix by double sided taping it down I currently have one input to my PVR, one to my PS3 and one to my Laptop. There is a precedence for the inputs, so which one you plug in matters. For example, my PS3 has the highest precedence then laptop then PVR. If I have my PS3 on it will not switch to any of the other inputs. I could switch it manually with the switch button on the unit or the remote if I want, but I use my PS3 for Netflix, so I don't want the tv to switch to another input if I accidentally turn on my laptop or my PVR. I use a wireless keyboard/mouse for the laptop and putting it to sleep turns off the video input and it would switch back to TV. The IR for the remote is a plus because I was easily able to program my Logitech universal remote to control the HDMI switch, so I can use one remote to control all my devices.

Short review (to the point) Plugged in, powered up, and my Xbox lit green for 4K60 + HDR10 instantly. Apple TV 4K looks perfect. Auto-switch works; nice that I can disable it. Solid build, proper 18 Gbps/HDCP 2.2, no handshake fuss. If you need reliable 4K60 HDR across multiple inputs, this is the box. Long review: After two failed “4K” boxes that down-negotiated my signal, the Kinivo 350BN worked the moment I plugged it in. My setup: Xbox Series X and Apple TV 4K into the 350BN → TV’s HDMI 1 (UHD/Deep Color on). Powered from the included wall adapter. Results: Xbox shows green checks for 4K 60 Hz, HDR10, 10-bit in the TV details screen. Apple TV runs UHD 4K flawlessly; with Match Dynamic Range/Frame Rate enabled, HDR content pops and menus stay clean. No flicker, no HDCP tantrums, no color banding. Why it works: Proper 18 Gbps / HDMI 2.0 bandwidth, HDCP 2.2, and an auto-switch you can toggle off if a streamer stays “awake.” The remote is simple, port LEDs are readable, and the metal chassis feels solid. It’s not a 2.1/120 Hz device—and that’s fine for a 4K60 HDR setup like mine. Tip: Keep HDMI runs short and power the switch from the wall, not a TV USB port. If your TV has a per-port “UHD/Deep Color” option, enable it. Bottom line: Zero handshake headaches and full-quality 4K60 HDR10 from both Xbox and Apple TV. This is the one I wish I bought first.

If you ever need to buy a HDMI 2.1 Switcher coz your TV HDMI 2.1 ports are taken and want to add more devices that support HDMI 2.1 features. I recommend this little device, I have tried few, some work but not the best and some are advertised falsely. This is little pricy, but goes on special at times and is super fast, supports everything with beautiful picture with no slow down and also automatically switches to the right port once the device has been turned on, and also comes with a remote. I bought mine from Amazon.
