Good.
The price is quite high, but the quality is very good and I only use it for coffee so it lasts quite a while trying to stay away from sugar which this really fits the bill no calories and it’s just really good overall you can’t use a lot of of it though because it does seem to have health effects. I only use like a tablespoon a teaspoon a day.

Yes! Sugar-Free Sugar!
Closest thing to real sugar that is actually good for you. I use it 50/50 with Honey to sweeten my coffee, to lower the glycemic index and reduce calories. My wife uses it to make great healthy sugar cookies. The sugar industry is putting a lot of money and effort into trying to discredit Erythritol as being unhealthy in some way, but besides having no calories and not rotting teeth, new studies show actual health advantages for Erythritol. Some people notice a cooling effect compared to real sugar, but I don't notice it or it doesn't bother me. After much shopping around I found this source to be the best price, and have bought it several times with no issues.

Great sugar substitute, not so great for migraine/ocular migraine sufferers :(
I liked it, great taste and it really added the sweet taste to my shakes. I am currently following ketogenic lifestyle, going to follow it for the rest of my life, and needed to find a sugar substitute asap. I found this after looking at some youtube video reviewers and their glowing reviews of erythritol. I used it for a week and it was good, but sadly I had horrible migraine a week after I began using it. I suffer from ocular migraines, since I was a child, and nothing had given me a migraine till I began integrating erythritol in my diet. If you are a migraine sufferer be warn that erythritol could end up being a migraine trigger for you. It was for me, it is a great item and sadly I can't consume it. I decided to give the bag to my parents, and it is great for them since they are diabetic and this will help them a lot. I decided to move to pure stevia instead, which is a great ingredient too as long as you measure the usage and grams correctly and don't over do it. I haven't had a migraine attack since using stevia too. Big plus with that!!This is the pure stevia item I bought.https://www.amazon.com/Pure-Stevia-Powder-Extract-Sweetener/dp/B0158V5SP2/ref=sr_1_5_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1514139447&sr=8-5&keywords=pure+steviaI will still buy Anthony's erythritol for my parents. :)

Best Sugar alternative to date
I have been using Erythritol for about 5years now. I have had no negative side effects. I started with Splenda/ stevia blend then Xylitol it made me sick, Stevia and monk too sweet and horrible aftertaste.I saw the ingredients on Bai juice, then I searched for it when it wasn't a thing, the brand I started out with was made from corn, so about 3/4 years ago stumbled on Anthony's, said it was NOT corn based but plant based. I switched over. Its 70% less sweet, I do not add extra because I find that my tea or coffee becomes very sweet. I bake everything with it, no additions, When I need powdered sugar I pulverized it. Only draw back it doesn't make for good syrup, it crystallizes.Love the product , great alternative

Sweet with no untoward after taste. Easy to measure for use in baking.
This brand really fits the bill for baking and cooking when I am trying to keep carbohydrate loads lower. It provides a good sweetening but fortunately is without a metalic or bitter aftertaste. If I do not tell my friends or family that the goods they are eating were made with a sugar substitute, they would not know.

Very good quality
I'm prediabetic and make a lot of recipes with erythritol. I bought this big size and it works well for me.
