Great flavour, prompt service and value for money.

I bought this item and didn't have a clue how much I was really getting. It's a lot. I was a bit shocked at how much it was. It's been put to good use though. I use it when pickling or making Italian dishes and tomato sauces. I also put it in a grinder for using in salad dressings and on good old chips (fries). We love our garlic so I am sure we will go through it. The good thing is of you keep it in a cool dark dry place it will keep for a while. It smells like good strong garlic and if you wish you can soak it so it's like using fresh garlic. Great value for money and good quality.

Blitz it up in a grinder, add water, fry lightly in your wok before adding the rest of your ingredients......yum. Good strong taste.

I guess the main thing here is about whether you can cook with it as people have asked. It says on the packaging that it's 100% garlic so it should be fine. I grow a lot of garlic and I peel it, mince it and freeze it normally but I also have a dehydrator and it tastes exactly the same as this!
