Exact fit for 08 ES 350
The filter looks exactly the same as OEM from Toyota. It fits my 08 ES 350 very well.

Better than OEM for Mazda Miata
Even though this screen is meant to be for Toyota, it is a “better than OEM” fit for my 2005 Mazda Miata because the tip it has at the bottom keeps it from being dislodged from the VVT line, which obstructs the oil flow and causes an OBD (P0012) error. This screen resolved this issue.

Yes, these are those pesky VVT oil passage filters, can confirm they fit and finally solved my code. After cleaning out the camshaft cover and replacing these it's a noticeable difference.

Perfect fit for 2007 3.5 Yota motor
Upon doing valve cover job on 2007 Lexus ES350, I noticed this filter was barely gripping on this 400k mile motor. New part fit nice and snug and does exactly what it’s suppose to. Good value for the money.

Easily installed: fit perfectly, helped correct Lexus VVT System Malfunction: Code P1349
I purchased this filter along with the Oil Control Valve for around $30 total. I'm not mechanically inclined but followed a simple YOUTUBE video for easy installation saving money on parts and labor. My 2001 Lexus GS300 started idling rough and my ENGINE light, plus VSC, and VSC OFF lights came on while driving. These two parts completely fixed diagnostic code P1349 VVT System Malfunction; so all lights are off now and car is running strong!
