No for either. What you see in the picture is what you get in the box.The way this works, you have a certain amount of protein, carbs, fruit, veggies, nuts and oils to eat per day according to your calorie goal. For instance, if you have a 1500-1799 calorie goal, you will need 4 green, 3 purple, 4 red, etc. So you would need to order more than one set of containers for one day.Hope this helps.
