Ceramic pipe very heavy you have to be careful you don't drop this at all. I felt a benefit from using this a few times. I suffer from COPD lung disease and I felt it was helping to loosen the flem in my chest so I was able to get it up more. Only taste as a small taste of salt sometimes not all the time. Will continue to use it. But I am not over doing it with it. I am using it less than the instructions said I could use it.

Highly recommended!I've been using the product for about a week now and it does seem to have helped my breathing somewhat. I have a perforated septum and am awaiting an operation to fix it. I'd heard these can help with nasal problems and using it in conjunction with my Neilmed Sinus Rinse bottle it does seem to help ease my symptoms. Definitely worth trying if you have similar issues.

Quite simply it works. I don't know how but even after a few days I can feel a difference. I didn't really think it would but I thought anything was worth a try. I use it 5 mins in the morning and 5 mins in the evening and my breathing is definitely better.

Didn’t feel any different from using it. Have a salt lamp too and don’t feel as if that works either but looks nice
