I’m in the middle of a large digitizing project, converting audio from reel to reel tape into sound files. The old splices don’t hold up, and I’m replacing them as I go with this stuff. A little pricey but it’s good and reliable and just what I need. Thanks!

Works really well for splicing leader tape onto RTM reels.

Thicker than expected but it works.

So far the tape has worked well for repairing my 8 track tapes. I just remove the foil tape that has disconnected and use this splicing tape in it's place.
