From personal experience, I believe that's under refrigeration, not frozen. We buy the case of 6 loaves, store them frozen, unopened, in their cardboard outer boxes. The sixth loaf is typically in the freezer for over two years. It emerges in perfectly good condition; no burn, no spoilage, no change of flavor or texture due to the extended time. They are sealed without captured air in heavy plastic, heavier than vacuum sealer bags. They essentially keep forever. Once opened, a loaf lasts us at least four months in the refrigerator. As long as the open end is sealed tight, it still keeps just fine. I stick several layers of ordinary plastic wrap to the end of the loaf, then secure it with a big rubber band. Any little leaks just cause the cheese to dry out in spots. Never moldy or gone bad. I think 270 days in the refrigerator, unopened, is easily done.
