I like lighthouse these are convenient for me and this I like it I like the spring onion the jalapeno sometimes I get the red onion and they do have a good salad dressing one that you mix you know for some vegetable in your little sauce or whatnot or your salad but I like lighthouse and I recommend these if you want to add a little jalapeno and you don't want to get the ones in the can that has the are in the jar that has the seeds and all they say the seeds is what's the hottest in the jalapeno but some people take the seeds out but I just like these you know for extra little heat and I just love the Heat and it loves me LOL yeah I recommend these jars of little dehydrated veggies so they all kinds of I'm dehydrated a vegetables that you would use her but I should say jalapenos and a vegetable or I don't know but you know that's easier for me I like having those around it just works out for me and I like the Lighthouse brand I've been using it for years they got good blue cheese dressing too thank you I recommend lighthouse

I've had many freeze-dried jalapenos in my time and I can say these are the best. I actually forget to put them on food because I end up eating the bits right out of the jar! The whole pepper flavor profile is there - I even get the pepper skin!

Always try to have these in the house. Great in taco meat or guac and rice. Wonderful brand.

I don't use a lot of jalapenos when I cook, but sometimes you just gotta have them for a recipe. I'd often buy them and have them spoil before I got to use them. I hate that! This solves that problem.I find this to be kinda strong, so use sparingly until you get the flavor you want.

Freeze dried jalapeño peppers are a great idea when preparing any foods for cinco de Mayo. Especially when I’m running out of time getting things together for my family. The taste is really nice.

these dehydrated jalapenos are so good. i dont always have fresh jalapenos for my pizza so i tried these and they are perfect. i put them on the sauce so they can hydrate a bit while cooking and the flavor is great and so is the heat, a nice kick but not too much heat. they smell great also when you sniff the jar they are in. enjoy
