Excellent product
Excellent product and the taste is also good. I didn’t realise that I could get such an excellent water purifier for such a low price. The only down side is that the inner tank is plastic instead of stainless steel. I wanted to compare this product with my previous product which was replaced- Purit Ultima RO with Oxy tube which was purchased for 28k compared to 11k spent on Faber. Purit water tasted horrible because of lack of taste enhancer, had to constantly change the filters in less than 6 months, I was also warned not to used the oxy tube because of some complaints regarding gas leakage due to which the entire product was stopped from future manufacturing. Also I realised after extensive research that my ground water is very hard which is not suited for the highend water purifier which explains the bad taste of water and continued filter replacement issues.As for Faber, the water taste amazing and is suited for hard water. Definitely a thumbs up👍

Very Pathetic Product - Even worse Support By Faber
I have been forced to edit my earlier 5 star review to 1 star within just 1 month. The Filter stopped working - it started dispensing water with visible white particles. When complained about it, the technician had no idea and kept the issue open. Even senior person from Faber was clueless. They told that they would replace some membrane ( which got damaged within less than month's very light usage ) and so far have not provided any update.Go for AquaGaurd which has much better service. My Earlier filter was from Aquagaurd and support was never a problem and quality was good. Mistake to buy this Faber Product.

Good product
The Faber water purifier received in good condition and is easy to use ...However you might face difficulty installation and demonstration of the instrument.Since it is been handled by local distributor.Even if you log a request through helpline.The requests get closed automatically without resolving the issue.As per the usage is concerned.With 9lts of capacity ,it would dispose off 27lts of water.Good value for money.

Great product and quick installation
Bought this during Amazon sale and after all discount and cash back, landed price was 8250 and it's the best deal. Installation was done in 3 days post delivery and was up to satisfaction. There was some leakage, that was fixed the very next day, after informing the installation person.Water taste is good and purifier works well. The tank capacity is also good, only issue is it keeps refilling the tank almost instantly even if you take out half glass of water. I propose if Faber can set this limit to a level of 3-4 ltrs. It will save lot of water wastage

Smart Product
Impressed with the sleakness, relative light weight, design etc. It is smart & definitely seems value for money, so far. The Faber team was impressive, got call from the local installing team as promised and the installer Raj & his colleague were professional & good. Packaging through to installation was good experience & as explained it does not require maintenance in the 1st 2 years.Got delivered yesterday. Will track the performance.

Fastest Service yet, great service engineer.
My second parallel purchase, I must say I'm impressed with the prompt delivery and a very quick installation, must Commend the Service Engineer Srinivas D of Chennai, for his prompt, single call service and he refused a tip too, even when the times are tough. A Man with ethics and a sense duty, 5 stars for this man, quick, efficient and honorable, a rare thing in India Today.

Very bad decision to buy Faber product.I should have bought bluestar or kent.Faber After sell service is not good. It's an essential service and a complaint/request will take 48 hrs. So you have to have a backup water purifier or other drinking water source if the product stops working. The technical engineer/service center will not attend you or your calls. I have a baby in my home and I'm really worried about this. Please keep this in mind before buying the product.Dec 9The RO membrane got damaged. I am having chat with somnath ganguli, krishnendu. Raised a ticket on October for abnormal noise. Technical engg told me that RO membrane got damaged and it needs to be replaced. He assured that he will do the resolution by himself. But nothing happened still now. I again raised a ticket on November and is still going on. It's on approval process. Now I'm in December in the middle of the night with only bottle of water for my whole family and I have no other source of drinking water. It turned out that the device is unable to fill adequate water in it's storage (.5lit in 3hrs) . I am helpess. Feeling worthless. I am thinking of putting another water purifier in my home. In the morning I'll go out and will buy some water.Thanks Faber for your esteemed service.30 March 21Last time my RO filter was changed after a long wait. It lasted for 2-3 month. This time both Prefilter and RO membrane is damaged as prescribed by the technical team. This is a waste of money.April 17Again the replaced RO filter is defective.August 3The water filter has started to create problem again.
