New to Monk Fruit Sweetener and Loving It
I'm really liking this sweetener. It's new to me and I'm interested in reducing glycemic levels. After a few days of using this sweetener now, there are some things I'll point out for other noobs like me. Firstly, it's not the same kind of sweet as sugar, so you'll have to square yourself with that right away. The package comes with a tiny 1/3 of a teaspoon scoop because this stuff is WAYYYY sweeter than sugar, but it's not the same sweet you're trying to level with. It is very concentrated. I have been using it as a scoop and a tiny bit per 8 ounces of water with one black tea bag. It provides me with approximately 1 teaspoon of sugar sweetness. Again, it's not the same as sugar and my wife thought that my amount of monk fruit was too little for her taste. You have to try different amounts to find your best mixture of monk fruit with your beverage. Initially I thought the cost was steep for the size of the container, but now knowing I use a fraction of what I was expecting to use, it'll last me for a long time and it also let me try pure extract for an entry-level price. Make sure you read the labels as other brands add cheap fillers to make their prices seem more appealing. Give this serving a try and see if it works for you.

Very sweet
You are getting a lot. I was expecting a smaller container. Well worth the money. The product is well sealed and came in great condition. The sweetness is really sweet. Slight after taste, but it's not noticable in a beverage. I recommend this product.

Really, the best monkfruit sweetener I've found, bar none.
I've spent a lot of time comparing sugar substitutes/replacements, etc. and I've found that my "ideal" mix is some Erythritol plus some Allulose (not Stevia!) and a bit of monk fruit for sweetness. I also use the Monk fruit straight up, in things like lemonade, as volume doesn't matter there (as it does in baking). I've tried dang near every brand out there, trying to get the best "bang for the buck" or, I guess, sweetness for the shekel, right? And this? This is The One. It's not the cheapest by far, but it has the smallest amount of aftertaste footprint; it's incredibly sweet, and it dissolves without making a federal case of it. I've tried the Lankato blend; I've tried the Purisure (trust me, don't!!! The dissolve rate will drive you batty and it has an ick aftertaste), the Whole Earth blend (okay but, cheaper to make your own), and so on. I've found one on eBay that dissolved like a champ--but I had to use, seriously, 10x the amount to get it to sweeten at all. This? This is the real deal and it's dang near perfect. I wish they sold it in MUCH larger containers, but at least the container size is handy for knickknacks, and the like. Hair clips, lol. Hope this review helps.

10 STAR MONK FRUIT with Zero Aftertaste -- to my taste buds
UPDATE 6/14/2025: I researched this company to see what I could see. My research uncovered they import a lot of ingredients from China, including Erythritol and Inulin, both used for sweetening. Their phone number is not answered by a person, but appears to be forwarded to another number, where a generic voicemail answers, stating the forwarded number. In my opinion, that is not how any professional company runs a business. I mean, what if someone got sick, how would these people be contacted? Something no longer feels right about this company. If you are legit, you answer your phone, under your business name. Original Review April 2025: This is the only monk fruit (Namanna) that does not give me cystic acne. I've tried all the other brands here on Amazon. And I do not understand why, but every other brand gives me cystic acne on my neck and jaw (so the other brands must be sneaking in something). This Namanna Monk Fruit, in my personal opinion, tastes the best (the 7% mog), flavors everything the best, I have zero aftertaste, and it 100% cures my sweet tooth. But keep in mind, my taste buds are accustomed to this sugar alternative. But my husband says it tastes like synthetic sweetener. It does have a sort of, slight "woodsy" undertone. But, I've been off sugar for more than a year. I use it exclusively in place of all sugar. And I use it in my coffee, tea, yogurt, etc. I give it 10 Stars so far.

It's NOT bitter. It's just different than sugar.
I bought this because it is one of few products available that is purely monk fruit. Having only ever had monk fruit blends (mostly erythritol,) I was concerned it would be unpalatable on its own. I am so pleased that it is not whatsoever. It is incredibly potent, and I think this is what is tripping people up who can't get over the fact that it is not exactly like sugar. They're misidentifying it as bitter. There is a slight "aftertaste" (really not an aftertaste, but a different-than-sugar taste,) but after a couple of weeks of assimilation I didn't notice that. If I had grown up with monk fruit rather than cane sugar, of course, I would never have noticed it in the first place. True, erythritol has a less identifiable taste, but it is also much less sweet and therefore requires more to use. (Monk fruit is "200-300 times sweeter than sugar; and Erythritol is only about 70% as sweet as sugar.") Since we know erytritol is suspected of concerning side effects at great quantities, that's important to keep in mind. I like my coffee sweet, and I only need 1/2 teaspoon of monk fruit. Same when sweetening whipped cream and other low-carb treats. It seems like a big investment, but you truly get bang for your buck with this little tub.
