Does the job
I am not a fan of inflatable pillows but when you have loads of things with yourself during your travels, they are the best!This one is working very well and has a nice and smooth surface. Happy!

Samsonite blow up neck pillow.
Samsonite blowup neck pillow. I have problems blowing up and deflating this pillow, I know I have to squeeze the neck to allow air flow, but very frustrating to find the exact spot to squeeze the neck, any suggestions please?..

burst within 4hrs of use
I choose inflatable pillows, as I prefer a softer headrest. This is why I don't opt for the thick, memory foam pillows on the market.As we were travelling to Australia, I opted for a more expensive brand and thought Samsonsite would be ideal and up to the long journey. Unfortunately, 4 hrs into our flight, one of the pillows broke around the seal line, rendering it useless. Very disappointing for such a reputable brand.

Very uncomfortable
Isn't for travelling, very hard and like "U". It does not match the neck area exactly and is very uncomfortable.
