I loved the glass top part, it is easy to use and clean. Strainer is very useful.Customer service responded fast and they were really helpful.

Glass pot makes it easier to see what’s left and the embedded tea strainer which can be raised is very useful. It’s easy to clean and easy to use. It’s not noisy at all and shuts itself down when there is no water left.

This item is not user friendlyThe outside of the kettle gets very hot that you can easy burn your hand with it. The tea pot easily spills the tea out side as well as the kettle. Would not recommend this poor purchase to anyone

It's very handy for tea lovers. High-quality material and looks ve decorative as well.Just add one thing; this is not a kettle guys, it's a tea maker and a good one.

This is really an amazing tea maker - especially the top design is brilliant in how the tea holder can be moved. I would have loved to give 5 starts, but after few weeks, the bottom of the glass jug broke. Very disappointing. Luckily, Amazon is great for cases like this and they have issued a full refund.

Started using this yesterday- So difficult to use. Not worth it
