Meets the need perfectly
I’ve got a fairly expensive Taylormade cart bag which was advertised as having individual slots for each club. At the top it is slotted, but inside the bag there are just pieces of nylon fabric that are a feeble attempt to keeping the club handles in order. It has always been a struggle to keep my clubs tidy and easily retrieved/replaced in the bag. I think it was exasperated by my tacky Winn Dri-tac grips. Typical travel between car, push cart, car, garage, car, riding cart, car, push cart, all season long doesn’t help either..I’m happy to report these tubes are the ticket. I’m not sure I’d be as satisfied if my bag were the style with three larger slots at the top, I’d have to come up with some way to lock them in place. With my bag each tube sits nicely down in the pocket. I had to trim between .5” to 1.5”, otherwise they would have sit proud just a bit. Each club is easily removed and replaced. Alas, one bit of frustration removed from the course.

Do not work for me
Originally I rated these tubes 5-star but am changing that to a 2-star.The tubes themselves are fine. They are sturdy, hard plastic and easy to cut to size. My clubs are all oversize grips and slip in and out of these tubes fine. However, in the humidity of South Carolina, using these tubes causes my grips to stay damp all of the time. That does not bid well trying to swing the clubs to hit a golf ball.I took the clubs out of my bag. Maybe in the Fall, when the temperatures and humidity go lower I will try them again but foer now, they are sitting in the garage and will stay there.

Do your research!
Great product, but the price - wow! I bought three via Amazon - impulsively - and am now buying more of the same product at about 1/3 the price. C'mon, it's just extruded plastic - $20 for three?

Perfectly Satisfied
I bought the Jumbo (1.5") Golf Tubes after I had my clubs re-gripped with a size slightly larger than "regular." At that time, the clubs tended to stick to each other in the bottom of the bag making replacing and withdrawing them difficult. Before receiving them, I was worried about the fit of the tubes in the bag and the fit of the grips into the tubes. Neither turned out to be a problem. I have a new Ouul bag with dividers, and the tubes fit without difficulty. And, they solved the withdrawal/replacement problems. The only step that is left is to epoxy the ends of the tubes to the bottom of the bag. Now, when withdrawing a club, some of the tubes slide outward a little. This is a very minor problem, but it would be easily solved by gluing the tubes in place.

Resurrected my golf bag
Sooner or later, the divisions in golf bags become torn with wear, and then the clubs hug in the bottom and won't let each other go.I was tired of having to jerk and wrench my clubs out on each shot and ready to get a new bag, when I discovered these. I didn't even know they made them anymore. They've made my bag easy to use again. I love them.

A joy to have and use! One less irritation on the course!
Before the tubes it was always a struggle to get the clubs out of my bag. The top of the bag has dividers but they did nothing to prevent the grips from tangling at the bottom. The tubes totally prevent any tangling. I got the large diameter tubes and am glad I did -- no problem with any of the PING clubs with oversized grips fitting. A quick tug and the clubs practically fly out of the bag! I did shorten some of the tubes so they better fit the taper of the top of my bag. The only small problem is that the tubes will occasionally raise up. I'm not sure how to prevent this but it doesn't happen very often.

Keep your clubs from tearing inside bag
for years I was tearing up the inside panels of every golf bag and throwing the bag away. after a friend showed me he uses tubes to seperate each club and gliding out easily I switched to tubes and wish I did earlier. Make sure you get XL if your grips are oversized.

A must have
I love these. I was tired of fighting to put my clubs into the bag. I’m sure you have all experienced it as most bags 14 slots don’t go all the way down. These make it easy while also protecting the grips
