My mother in law loves these. She’s elderly and had a stroke so she’s living with us and even though they are a bit spendy they are worth the extra money. The material is very breathable and not plastic which is very nice. They cover more than the name brand briefs and can absorb a lot more liquid. The only issue I have with ordering this product (because I can’t find them in the stores in my area) is the shipping. I wish they would ship in their original box and not put it in another large box.

When it comes to incontinence it is hard to find good underwear, particularly one’s that can hold the bladder flow. These do a fair job of holding most of the urine from incontinence. I would also recommend using the pads along with it. Beware that they do leak from the sides. I have not found any that do not have leakage somewhere.

It looks like they are going to work well and have worked for a small episodes. We have not had another big episode yet so can’t judge it till it happens. When I say we, it’s my husband that needs them and me his wife that cleans up the messes doing this review.

Some bulk in the front but this keeps it dry. Overall good product.

These pull ups are the best! I've tried many brands but none compares to Livdry. I can count on them to not have any leaks. I can feel secure when I sleep. With other so called overnight brands I always have leaks. They are pretty expensive so I buy the big box to save some money on them. With tax they are still right at $100. BUT they are so worth it. I would do without other things in order to buy Livdry.

They work okay but are a bit thick in the crotch. Would like a thinner but not too thin padding to go all the way from front to back.
