LIGHT WEIGHT AND COMFORTABLE.
I ordered a gray and a black in this model in the same size as I wear in aisics running shoes which is 1/2 size larger than my street shoe size. The gray fit fine and are nice. In the black the left shoe is shorter and smaller than the right one so I have returned this pair. The good thing is that I can always depend on Amazon giving me excellent customer service when there is a problem. In my size 11.5, each shoe weights 8.5 oz, which is the same as my Aisics Gel-Lyte 33. This is very light and still give good support if of your correct size. There is no arch support but they feel OK to me due to the special soft inserts.

Rockport Men's Rocsports Lite 2 Slip-On,Brown,10.5 XW US
Shoe size I selected was one half size larger than I normally fit into. The area from the mid foot (ball of the foot) to the top of the foot where the cloth edge of the shoe sits felt a little tight, but after 4-5 days of use they felt fine. I did drop some of an egg ommlette I was cooking right on top of the shoe and it did leave a liquid stain on the shoe. Overall they are great shoes. As a medical student I'm on my feet most of the day and they are very comfortable!

Rockport RocSports Lite 2 Slip-ons
I love these shoes. I have 3 pairs. I have flat feet and numerous medical conditions which makes walking without leg pain challenging. I discovered Rockport shoes while shopping on JJBean and liked the reviews. I bought the walking shoes which were a great shoe, good support and very comfortable, but I wanted a lighter shoe for the warmer months. In the past I would buy Sketchers slip-on that were on sale at the Navy Exchange (I did not like spending a lot of money on canvas shoes), but I could not wear them on my 1.5-2 mile walks without considerable foot and leg pain. These Rockport slip-ons are very lightweight, but are like walking on pillows. And, true to the Rockport brand they have excellent quality and construction. I highly recommend these shoes.

Nice looking, lightweight shoe. Runs 1/2 size small. Durability more like a slipper.
I ordered a pair of these Rockport Rocsports Lite2 to replace a great pair of Patagonia slip-ons I've been using as house shoes and for light outdoors trips. The Patagonias are a similar moccasin style and a bit heavier, and the soles have worn out after a couple of years.First off, these run a half-size small, no question. I have never in my life needed a 10.5, but the 10s I ordered were obviously too small just looking at them, and were way too tight and short. This is a mistake by Rockport that it should correct.Amazon's exchange system worked perfectly, and I now have the 10.5s (black nubuck). They are quite comfortable and look great. I particularly like the insoles, which come with their own branding information regarding their weight distributing and anti-bacterial properties. They are fairly thin, but do really make for a comfortable, not overly-padded footbed. These are extremely light shoes, easily on par with a typical slipper, which is a good thing for in the house. But the lightweight constructions may not bode well for use as an all around shoe. The soles in particular, made of a high-tech, dense foam material, feel good and have solid traction, but do not seem designed for use as an everyday shoe.I plan to use mine mostly in the house, but just two quick trips involving going from the car through a parking lot and back have abraded the soft, foam-type soles a bit.The bottom line is that I like these shoes and will enjoy them in and around the house. They look terrific, are super light, and I love the look of the black nubuck with the small red detailing.I am docking Rockport a couple of stars for 1) the blatant mislabeling of the size; 2) the apparent lack of suitability as an all-around shoe, despite being marketed as such, and 3) the high price. I'll pay $100 for a good shoe, and these ARE good shoes, but given the light duty construction, they should be sold as a slipper with light duty outdoor abilities, and for about half the price.

Take Note! These are sized one half to one size SMALLER than you're used to!
You must order them one size larger than you're used to! If you do that, you will love them. They're light, soft, comfortable as hell too. I have nothing bad to say. I ordered mine a half size up after reading reviews, but they were still too small. (my great toe was right up against the end) however, a full size up fixed the problem and I am wearing them comfortably now. Naturally, you can start at a half size, but as with most things, YMMV so just be advised.

Less than six months later, I can no longer wear these shoes at all SO PAINFUL!
These shoes seemed very comfortable based on other reviews, but after less than six months I cannot wear them anymore. They hurt my feet SO BAD. I am on my feet for 8 hours a day and it was getting to the point where they would cause me pain after a few hours. They look great, and the material has held up well. But the tightness around my foot was too much, even with a larger, wider size I felt my foot was being squeezed in this shoe. Sadly buying a pair of new shoes that are better rated to see if they work out better.

1/2 size up works perfect
I read all the reviews and decided on ordering the 10.5 size instead of my boyfriend/s actual size 10. He absolutely loves these shoes. They fit perfect and he wears them pretty much every day. They are business casual and that is exactly what he'd been wanting, but with his schedule he had no time to go look for shoes himself. I love amazon because I can read all the reviews and get exactly what I pay for or send it back if it doesn't work out. This is my favorite way to shop and shoes are no exception. These shoes are well made, light weight, and look great with jeans or slacks. I'd highly recommend these shoes.

TOO SMALL... Order bigger and wider
These Rockport slip-Ins seem to be really nice. The style and appearance of these shoes are excellent and they are very light weight. In all properly sized shoes, I wear a size 9-D(M), but these were too short and narrow. I immediately returned them and reordered a 9.5-D hoping they will fit. I considered trying a 9.5-2E, but they were priced $21 more than the 9.5-D's and I was concerned the 2E width would be too wide. Well the 9.5-D pair arrived and they were long enough, but still far to narrow. I returned them and gave up on this style as the cost increase to the 2E width made them a lesser value to me...
