Delicious
I ordered this to make hanami dango. Just what I wanted, and worked just as expected.

Decent
I was able to make maybe 50-60 small shiratama mochi balls out of one package. They were easy to make and tasted good.

Terrible. Came as a hardened clump
The item I received had obviously been exposed to a great deal of moisture. It was no longer rice flour. It was a solid hardened clump of plaster by the time I received it. It was disgusting and could not be used. Unfortunately it couldn't be returned as a food item where returns were not accepted. So I ended up wasting $10 on something that went straight into the trash.

Excellent for celiac baking.
Used this in a recipe to make homemade gluten free bread. Turned out way better because of the stickiness of this flour.
