Great Lotion for the price
I recently picked up the Queen Helene Cocoa Butter Hand & Body Lotion, and I have to say, it’s quickly become a staple in my skincare routine. The first thing I noticed was the rich, creamy texture. It glides on smoothly and doesn’t leave that greasy feeling that some lotions do, which is a huge plus for me. The cocoa butter scent is delightful but not overwhelming. It reminds me of a warm, cozy day, and it lingers just enough to be pleasant without being too much. I usually apply it after my showers, and my skin feels so hydrated and soft for hours afterward. I also appreciate that it comes in a big 32 oz size. I feel like I’m getting good value for my money, and I don’t have to worry about running out anytime soon. Plus, it’s versatile—perfect for both my hands and body. Overall, I’ve enjoyed using this lotion, and it’s definitely helped to keep my skin feeling moisturized, especially as the weather gets colder. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly option that really delivers on hydration and has a lovely scent, I’d recommend giving this one a try!

Queen Helene Cocoa Butter Hand and Body Lotion
As someone who typically shies away from using lotion due to its heavy and greasy feel, I was initially hesitant to try the Queen Helene Cocoa Butter Hand and Body Lotion. However, after ordering a large bottle for both my husband and me, I can confidently say that I am pleasantly surprised by how much I love it. One of the first things that struck me about this lotion is its delightful scent. With every application, I feel like I've been transported to a serene beach setting, enveloped in the comforting aroma of cocoa butter. It adds a touch of luxury to my skincare routine and leaves me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. What truly sets this lotion apart for me is its lightweight texture. Unlike other lotions I've tried in the past, this one absorbs quickly into the skin without leaving behind any greasy residue. I appreciate how effortlessly it spreads and how it doesn't weigh down my skin, allowing me to go about my day comfortably. Additionally, I've noticed that the Queen Helene Cocoa Butter Hand and Body Lotion provides ample hydration without feeling heavy or cloying. It leaves my skin feeling soft, smooth, and moisturized, without the need for constant reapplication throughout the day. I would highly recommend this lotion, especially for those with mature skin. Its lightweight, non-greasy formula makes it a joy to use, and the beach-like scent adds a delightful touch to the skincare experience. Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed with the Queen Helene Cocoa Butter Hand and Body Lotion and plan to continue incorporating it into my daily routine.

My Scent Reminder
Pro(s): Quality: The Cocoa Butter Hand + Body Lotion is my favorite hand and body lotion. I was surprise that the freshness quality of the hand and body lotion last almost four(4) years which seems to me last a very long time. Moisture level: I am acquainted to buy the Queen Harlene brand Cocoa Butter that is moderately sticky on the surface and smooth underneath the surface. Upon closer reflection, the stickiness on the surface, seems like air bubbles. And when spread an across the skin, the moisture become jelly and airy beneath the surface. Scent: I admire this therapeutic scent because the visual scene that comes to mind is a calm light air beach and has vanilla breeze scent and has coco scent that follows subtly. Plus, this lotion seems to have an exotic and promiscuous smell that gives a false illusion of a forbidity to a mother’s strict ethical standard. Once one breaks that false illusion, the motherly nourishing ideas supports the feminine scents of promiscuity of ones’ specific to concisely specific sensual promiscuity ideas that comes into action. Con(s): Thickness: When spreading the lotion, the thickness is thin, even with alot seems wasted when I wanted a quick and high quality results and seems the physical characteristic is dry. It is not that bad; I have to work with it with thickening the lotion because I get comfortable with other Queen Helene dry skin lotion and is 32 ounces not 16 ounces. Skin softness- The lotion seems it take a a lot of time and lotion to make the skin really soft. Scent: I wish they could definitely improve on making the scent little more potent in the vanilla and coconut scent. Overall effectiveness grade of the lotion is a 84%. I wish they could definitely work more on the skin softness and scent equally more than thickness. I would strongly buy this product against despite the disadvantages ( Cons) listed above.

A little thin and why Red dye 40??
There were so many great reviews that I wanted to try something new that is a good value and still has cocoa butter near the top of the list of ingredients. Other brands like Vaseline, Nivea, and other stores' brand list coconut and shea before cocoa extracts and smell like additives. I typically buy Palmers, and grew up using Palmers. Queen Helene has a pretty short ingredient list but there are 3 color dyes added including Red 40 - which is proven to cause migraines, hyperactivity, and behavioral changes like irritability and depression. Other countries require warning labels on products with Red 40! Also called: Red 40 Lake, FD&C Red No. 40, *Red 40 Aluminum Lake* <- listed in ingredients. This lotion is not as thick as other cocoa butter lotions I have tried so I don't feel like it is as hydrating but would be useful in warmer months to cut down on that sticky feeling. The smell is alright too. I would probably commit to a switch if they removed the red dye 40, which is unnecessary. I don't care what color the lotion is w/o dyes, if the ingredients and quality are good it doesn't matter.
