Good for reducing some noise
The packaging of this product was very good. It says 6 seals but there's actually 8. It comes in a well packaged box with all the seals individually sealed. It's a lot of plastic, but it's great for storing before you install so that everything is clean. It also comes with adhesive pads so that you can make sure the adhesive sticks on better. The seals smell a little funny but it goes away once you let it sit for a bit like the instructions ask you to. One thing to keep in mind when you install is that you do not want to put it too far out because otherwise it will show on the outside. If you keep it mostly in the door, you can't see the seal from the outside but still get the benefit. Also, make sure you keep the holes open so that water can come out when it rains. THIS STEP IS IMPORTANT.These do reduce road noise by a little bit but not by much. I think if you have a new 2020 build, you won't notice the difference. The adhesion is good but I do question how it'll be if I decide to take them off in the future. The A pillar ones are also really weird to install but not too difficult. It was just hard to reach.Overall these are good if you want to reduce noise in your older model 3!

Works great, until it starts to fall off
I have been using these door seals for over 9 months now.Firs the Pros- It works! We definitely noticed a reduction in road noise, specifically at high speeds - so I definitely recommend getting this or something like this.- Instructions were clear and installation wasn't anything to scoff at.Now the cons - my biggest con is that it started to peel off, especially the driver door sills, after about 3 months of use. The adhesion just doesn't hold it anymore and I have to constantly re-attach it into the door panels. I wish the adhesion was a little stronger and I would have given it 5-star!

Not worth the install difficulty and time.
Does it reduce noise? Can’t say really. Didn’t run a decibel test before and after. I can say a majority or road noise comes from the windows so minimal improvement at most. As for installation, the instructions are nonexistent other than saying “Goes in that area is the car”. No pictures in terms of what is top and bottom. No pictures in terms of where exactly on the door it is supposed to go. I had to spend quiet a bit of time watching YouTube videos to figure it out. The “A” panels were horrible to install. Good luck with that unless you find the right video to watch. The “B” panel is confusing which direction it goes. I have 1 on backwards and figured I would see if I could hear a difference. I can’t. I give 3 stars because it is what it says it is and may do to a small extent what it says it does. I definitely wouldn’t do again and if they start to fall off I’m just going to let it be.

Good value, great fit
This kit is a perfect fit for the Model 3. I was glad for the instructions (although sparse) and the labeled bags. There are a couple of very good YouTube videos showing how to install this kit. Cutouts for the door drains should be done during mock-up, not during installation because the adhesive is very grippy and alignment is very important. Trying to snip/cut drain holes while handling a long strip of rubber is a challenge. The A-pillar is a bear no matter what kit you have but everything else is easy.

Adhesive does not adhere
I can't even put it on. I live in a cold climate and this adhesive does not work in the cold meaning I have to wait until the summer to even try to put it on again. If I haven't already lost the adhesive properties of it. Install seemed simple enough and everything lined up nicely but I wish the instructions nwere a little clearer.Update: Tried using a heatgun to heat up the spot where you would adhere it as well as the strip and it just straight up doesn't adhere.

Meh
The product is good quality - rubber gasketing with adhesive that seems pretty strong. But the advertised features I was hoping for just aren't there. First the noise reduction - I could not perceive any difference whatsoever. Others reviewing here seem to notice more - YMMV. What I was really wanting from this product was a better "thunk" when I close the doors. Coming from a history of ownership of Japanese and German cars, they do this so much better. It's one of the things I really took for granted with the legacy car makers. I get that Tesla is a newer car maker, but the doors sound very tinny and metallic when closing; no quality feel at all for a car at this level. These gaskets maybe help about 20%; there really isn't much difference at all. About the only thing gained is less dust/ dirt intrusion around the door edges. You can decide if the cost is worth that one advantage. They also need much better instructions. Some basic drawings would go a long way. Pointing the installer to a Youtube video is barely helpful - no where do they offer any kind of direction of where to best place the gaskets (should they align with the door edge? should they extend out a bit or be recessed slightly?) You are left to figure this out. I also placed the B-pillar gaskets upside down on the first try. Just read in a few reviews that others made the same mistake. The "adhesive promoter" packets were also completely dry. Is that how they should be? It doesn't say anything anywhere about this either. Wiping a tiny piece of dry paper on the door edge doesn't appear to be doing much to promote adhesion.

Noticeable improvement in wind noise. Prep all areas thoroughly, be patient with A-pillar area.
After installation there was a noticeable decrease in wind noise, especially at highway speeds. The Model 3 is quiet to begin with but it definitely made a difference! Installation was fairly straightforward but would recommend having patience and prepping the A-pillar area properly to ensure proper adhesion. During my initial installation the A-pillar seal separated from the door (pictured). The second time around I had better results. Here is what I did before placing the seals: 1) wiped down areas with a clean moist cloth 2) wiped the areas dry with lint free cloth, 3) wiped down with alcohol wipes, let dry 4) thoroughly apply adhesive promotor to all areas that will be making contact with the adhesive.

Proper installation placement very important!
I bought this product because the B pillar seal looked more OEM style than other seal kits I have seen. I only gave 2 stars because the lower seal on the front doors was an inch too short (all other seals had excess length that can be trimmed). As an installation note, make sure you look at the shape of the body panels opposite the doors to get an idea how close to install seals to the door edge to get a good seal. I found that on the bottom of the doors, the seal needed to be lower than the door edge (you dont have to worry about it looking ugly since you cant really see it with door closed). But for side of the rear doors (which would be very visible), I kept the seal flush with door edge. Do not put seal any farther inward or it will not seal (especially at curvy part of rear door!) Also note the Model 3 does not have a full length rib for the B pillar seal to attach. I am thinking of buying a Z seal to put on the lower part of B pillar.

Really well made and thought out set of seals
Weak instructions but many youtube videos to watch. These seals were bought to keep the dirt out which messes up the sills (uk). But they do seem to make it quieter 👍 you need to take care and only remove a few cm of adesive as you go. The rear door seals need to be fitted so they are not visible (sticking out) when you look from the outside.

2/8 mal, 6/8 bien
