Q: Does this burner come with a bulb ?

Yes it takes a G9 bulb and has a spare in the box too

Q: I’ve recently bought one of these and have had it on for 3 hours and hasn’t melted my wax on the highest setting. It has arrived with a 25w bulb.

Hi there It should come with 2 bulbs which the manufacturer supplies. They are G9 230V 60W so it could be whoever you got it from has supplied the wrong bulb. If not it could be 2 other things. It has 3 light/heat settings so you just tap the base and it will go between off/low/medium and high. The highest setting should melt your melts. It might also depend on what melts you are using. If they are manufactured by a company they should work at any of the settings. If they’re ‘homemade’ or made on a small scale by someone independent they might not be using the correct wax in the manufacture for wax melts. Hope that helps.

This wax burner dose not come with wax melts. Its only the electric burner on its own , great value for money I love mine x

Q: I cannot get my hand inside the burner to change bulb. Any suggestions

I have the same problem, now have 3 plasters on my hand where I've cut myself on the sharp rim 🙄
