I bought this hand grip strengthener, and it's really good. It's easy to use every day. It feels strong and well-made. Perfect for anyone who wants better grip strength or just an easy daily workout!

A bit too tough for me , but I am 88

Looks just as advertised, they seem to be very study. These are good for starting out with hand strengtening. If you have large hands you may need something abit bigger. I have medium size ladies hands. Very pleased with this product.

Very good for beginners and then move up to something harder.

I am happy. They feel nice in the hand and a good bit of resistance but not to much. I would recommend

THESE HAND GRIP'S ARE ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT FOR STRENGTHING AND MAKING YOUR HAND'S STRONG I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

These are high functioning and high quality grip strengthening tool, they lack adjustable features but I don’t believe they need to be!

I read several negative reviews regarding these but I don’t think they’re intended for building muscle mass, lol. I find them to be perfect for someone like me with bad arthritis and just trying to work my hands to keep them limber. They do not offer hard resistance but are easy to use with nicely padded foam handles for comfort. I use them and do lots of reps. In just over a week my hands feel better and help me better grip the controls on my motorcycle
