Can't complain, about the usefulness of the product.Haven't used as a hot pack - so wouldn't be able to say much - but for cold press is decent.It won't feel super cool to touch - but the cold seeps through and numbs down.I bought this for my knee after a reactive arthritis issue - so mostly for wrapping around.Was using polypacked gel which needed to be held by hand - this is bit better since velcro strap.Difficult to get to wrap properly as it would be stiff - and velcro is not same on both sides, so reversing the surface after some time is tricky. It can be done but won't be tight fit.Even otherwise, this is more for a case where you are resting and using this. Would think same would apply for any kind of usage - won't be able to do lot of activity while using this. It would slip.Buy if your usage permits, this is a decent item for the price.End of the day - this is same polypacked gel - but inside of a different package so you won't have to manually hold the pack to your skin.

Convenient to use.

I was impressed by the look of the product which was really good. . The gel pack was convenient and was comfortable to use .The heat was also long standing . Within 15 days the gel started oozing when heated in a microwave oven. When I complained to the seller , the response was very positive .I learnt that I had overheated the pack and according to the instructions given by the seller the gel pack will have to be heated in steps of 30 seconds not exceeding 90 seconds in total . They also immediately sent me a new pack .The complaint redressal by the seller is very good and I am extremely satisfied with the product

This product cannot be used for the Knee, only for Lower back... very disappointing

Good to put around the shoulder and chest, but velcro straps are too big to put it around the knee. The gel is little stiffer than I expected, but it works.

I bought this Cold Pack for my heel pain. Two factors influenced my choice. One, it is made in India, and two, it had velcro straps to hold it in place. I ordered medium size thinking I can fit it on my foot, but this is too large for that purpose. The Cold pack is well made and looks durable. Comes with a cover which I am yet to use. I keep the Pack in the freezer for an hour, then rest my foot on the ice pack while I work or watch TV. The cold lasts half an hour or more and has given me quite a lot of relief from the Plantar Fascitis induced heel pain. I have not tried it as a Hot Pack by keeping it in the Microwave. Very Happy with my purchase.
