Konvio Neer Jeeone RO + UV + UF + TDS Adjuster Water Purifier with High TDS Membrane (Blue), 12 Liter

Nothing to complain about, I'm already using water purifier from Konvio Neer from the past 2-3 years in my Bangaluru house so I decided to install one in my Hometown so ordered this one.Was using branded ROs before buying it and trust me they just loot money in the name of AMC and Membrane change. They offer nothing special other than some fancy looking design and proprietary chambers (not all but some of them) so we can't get any after market parts.If someone is interested in DIY and have some past experience with small household plumbing works is very easy to install and maintain. I'm maintaining my BLR RO on my own all these years and now I'm doing the same with the one in my hometown. Only con is the water connecting adapter with the tap is made of plastic and it broke when I accidentally dropped it so bought a new metal one also the pipe stoppers (small round blue colored plastic pieces to prevent accidental water leakages) were missing.With my previous experience it is also better to cover the auto power cutoff switch with some plastic tape to prevent the short circuit. It happened multiple times with the one in my Bengaluru home so the problem is fixed after covering it. It costs 100-150 depending on the vendor.

Good for this price, had to insist for the installation of alkaline filter (small sky blue color filter in the image), after seeing the description I ordered but konvio representative refused & then agreed, after much followup they installed alkaline filter. Thanks konvio Team but please update your installation representative about konvio app, no one knows and guided me regarding same.

After so many research, I ordered this beautiful water purifier. Everything is good and the product is value for money. You are getting an alkaline candle for maintaining menerals also. Water taste is very good. Just go for it without hesitation. Don't look at costly brands. This budget machine can easily compete against other overrated brands. Installation service is absolutely free and very good. A highly recommended water purifier, specially, for budget oriented people. I am giving 5/5 stars to this product & installation service.

Righting the review after using the RO for more than 2.5 years. Product wise it's ok but when we require service it's the worst the service they providing. Few days ago I asked for service. After service request made the technician turned up 3-4 days after multiple calls. He replaced few pats and told everything after checking the water quality. But very next day when I noticed water leakage both inside and outside I called to the technician he told he will come and check but it's already 5-6 days he didn't come. When I informed to the company's service center who had arranged the technician they told the technician not picking their call. So please keep in mind before going for this proud. Though I spent 2K amount in parts and service still purchasing water from outside.

Not satisfied to this r.o.In just 2 days alkaline filter changed by an normal cartridge. And water taste is too bitter and not good is taste.(Now alkaline fliter left to me)Very cheap plastic quality.I am getting regret to buy this.I thought they sent me defective r.o. because on this r.o. too many scratches are visible.Customer care of konvio not too much supportive.

The product is so far good.water tastes good.but the person came to installing didnt even demo..disappointed with that technical support services guy reluctancy to answer the queries..he continuously I checked manually..he didnt wait for the first time the RO to work and also didnt give demo

Awesome product at best Price Quality Of Plastic rather Fiber body is Nice and acceptable well Arranged and tightly intact the components inside. Better to use the Help Of technician for installation. Fully satisfied and HappyOnly the Installation amount could be reduced if Possible since many of others charge Lesss comparatively
