BEST DYSTOPIAN SERIES EVER!! You will NOT regret reading this!!!
Got this whole box set on sale for maybe $27? But regardless I would’ve paid full price. IMO, there is NOTHING that tops the Red Rising series…the characters, the storyline, the mini dramas within the big picture… there is soo much going on in this series and I’ve actually read the entire series 3x now. THREE! (& I’ll read it start to finish for a 4th time before book #7 comes out and I get ready to read that!) why?! Because YES! IT ABSOLUTELY IS THAT DAMN GREAT!!!

Best Book Series to come in a LONG time!
Absolutely thrilling! Such wonderful world(s) and society building. The main character, Darrow, had my heart from hello. So much details to get into: I love the Hunger games meets Ender's Gane meets Gladiator feel of the series. I cannot get enough! I totally recommend this to anyone who wants to root for the underdogs and for a world of equality. Not spicy, but the imagimation can take you there!

I played the Stonemaier board game first, and loved it!
I bought this book series, because I played the board game first and loved it!After reading the forward written by the author in the deck building game rule book, I was thoroughly intrigued.The books are amazing page turners. In the opening chapters of the first book, the main character Darrow lists off a few of the books that he read which clearly inspired the series, including The Man in the Iron Mask.The action is quite graphicly violent: be prepared for a Game of Thrones-like experience.

Great books but slight printing issue in two of the books
These books are amazing and they shipped quickly. That said the second book had misplaced pages throughout the entire middle. Nearly 100 pages all bound in the wrong order.The fifth book has printing errors as well which is disappointing. But overall it was not insurmountable, just annoying.
