Wow wow wow !!! I have been in agony now for about 2-3 months with head, neck & shoulder pain . I suffer terribly with anxiety disorder and it doesn't help as I'm always tense. I purchased this after reading some reviews , I was about 50% hopeful it could help me . After my first go I actually felt some relief ! The tension eased and the aches and pains subdued. . The best £25ish pound I've ever spent ! My husband is happy as I won't keep pestering him for a shoulder & neck massage lol I don't have a spare £50 a month to go for massages and believe me with this massager I won't need to . Do not buy if you want a softly softly massage as this isn't for you , this massager gets deep into your tissue and really gives it some welly . .The only negative in my eyes is its not cordless , but i can deal with that . Highly recommend it to anyone who wants a good deep tissue massage at a very very reasonable price.

Wow this product is unreal everyone needs of one these! I hold alot of tension in my shoulders as probably many others do i come looking on here for a neck massager however i come across this product and read it had a dual purpose well many infact and was heated which was a bonus as the heat is so good for the blood flow I’ve found to relieve tighten muscles so I read the reviews looked at at very helpful review where a lady had posted pictures and videos of the product I looked the product up on YouTube and I was sold bought for £20 thought it was a bargain arrived today i instantly opened wanting to try out in a decent size box I feel to fit the product in and out perfectly read the instructions but no need really as prettt easy to use comes with plug to plug in and use clicked the power buttons has different speed settings and you can turn the heat on and off which I like I also like the safety on it so it doesn’t overheat when it gets to 15 mins which I think 15 mins is plenty to use on 1 area so I looked again on some YouTube videos just how to use and where to position I put round my neck it isn’t heavy it’s just the right size and weight I feel but everyone is different i sat relaxed turned on with the heat and kept on the first speed settings for 5 mins and it’s a lovely sensation just like having a real massage I did a full 15 mins with the heat on and on my shoulders/neck on the full speed setting and afterwards my shoulders are so relaxed like jelly the tightness,soreness and knots have gone I would really recommend this product, I wanted to try in another area I have mechanical lower back pain and honestly I have tried many things and products so thought why not try this so I sat relaxed myself slid the massager to my lower back wrapped it round me lent against it behind me on the pillow without leaning too much force on it turned on with the heat for 15 mins and afterwards wow it has dulled the pain and my back feels no stiffness I’d like to see after a few uses how much better my back will be

This is the first massager I’ve ever bought, so can’t compare with others. I only bought it because I got it cheaper in the sales, (£28) I’m 5’7”, small framed and this works fine with me. It’s a bit bulky, but seems well made. The heat function as others have mentioned doesn’t really get that hot, mildly warm at best I’d say. But the massage function feels really good once you work out how to use it properly. It feels REALLY good when massaging the back of your neck (especially if you tilt your head forward with the massager sitting on top of your neck), and good for massaging shoulders, working all the way down the back. I soon worked out the more you pull on the hangers/sleeves the more deep/intense the massage. It can get painful if you pull too hard on the hangers/sleeves. If you want a nice relaxing, therapeutic massage, pull the hangers/sleeves gently. If you need a more intense massage pull the hangers/sleeves harder. Just sit forward with the massager in place, pull the hangers/sleeves and move your hands and arms around a bit to find where you want the pressure applied, and also how much pressure you actually want applying. You can make the massage as soft or as hard as you like using this technique. The pics are misleading as you can’t see the power cable in any pic, suggesting it’s cordless/rechargeable. But it’s not. In the product description write up it clearly states it’s an electric corded device. This is not a rechargeable product. It works with a power lead plugged into a wall socket and connected to the massager while you use it! I’ve used it several times to date. If I run into any future problems or I find out how fantastic it is at sorting out tension/stress/aching muscles I will be sure to update this review. So far after a little massage session I definitely feel better. But I haven’t used it yet when I’ve had tension/stress/aching muscles, because I haven’t had any such problems since I’ve had this device. They’ll come sooner or later. From what I have seen and experienced so far this product would make a good Xmas present. *update* 7th April 2024 As promised I said I would update if I experienced something different. I’m still using it regularly and it’s still working good with no visible signs of wear. The other day I had terrible tension/stress in my upper back and neck caused by looking down for long periods. (I was actually doing a jigsaw and really got into it 😁, but I was bending my head, looking down for 12 hours 2 days on the trot). And the inevitable happened. Anyway I used my massager for about 20 mins and I was instantly cured. Fantastic, I would now give this product 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

I never comment but I’ve been really suffering with neck pain and waiting on appointment with chiropractor but couldn’t wait for some relief so literally plunged into buying this from reviews and can honestly say it’s the best money I’ve spent !!!!! It arrived this morning and I’ve used it twice and I cannot believe how deep and how much relief it has given my shoulder and neck pain . I’m actually trained in massage and would love to be able to work on my own back and this is the closed I’ve ever felt ! Highly recommend this !

Best massage machine by far. I have purchased this machine a few times as I use machine daily!!!! I have used a few massage machines in the past, and this is my favourite one, it really does the job, it is FIRM and get all the knots out, I would highly recommend. If anything the size has gone smaller since I bought few years ago. And very good price do not get the RENPHO brand, don’t let the reviews fool you, as reviews are based on other items they have, their massage machine was CRAP, and did NOTHING, was like a swedish massage.
