This is the best ice sleeve you can get. I've had this for probably 2+ years. Full coverage and about as cold as you can tolerate without damage (ice bath cold). It doesn't last more than 10 to 15 min so you might need 2 but you cant beat temperature feel, comfort and ease of use. I've used on my knee and elbow. Only wish they made something this nice for shoulders!

This item is great for feet too! Recuperating from bunion surgery, two other toes being straightened, some work on tendons and ligaments in bottom of foot, and a skin graft. Hard to make even a large gel pack cover all these areas at once. The S/M size though slips right around my foot, covers all my toes and former bunion, covers incision on bottom of foot, the graft site, and still is big enough to pull it up slightly past my ankle. Looks like a little boot. So convenient and useful! I bought a second one so the other would always be ready. Great product and high quality!

I have a couple of these for the head for when I have bad headaches. When I hurt my knee and needed to ice it regularly, I bought one of these. It works as expected and is much easier than dealing with ice or other ice packs and figuring out how to keep it where it needs to be.Pros:Stays in placeLasts a couple of hours after being frozen at least overnightFlexible - you can move around with itFull coverage - it's a sleeve that you stick your leg into and so it covers all around the knee area including the backside as well as ~2 inches above and below the knee.Comes in a reusable bag to store it inCons:Can be too cold. I place a microfiber towel under it to start. After about 15-20 minutes I can remove the towel and still benefit from the coldness for a good 15-20 minutes more.Be sure to look at the sizing chart. I got the medium being 5 foot and 140 lbs., and it's a little snug. However, a size larger may have been too loose. Remember that it's meant to be compression.

Hands down the "coolest" ice sleeve. I use it on my elbow, for tendinitis and it is very comfortable and size list are accurate. I have no movement limitations while wearing and initial application is very cold. If I had any complaint is that it warms quickly, less than 20 min, which may not be a bad thing, but I would like it to last longer. Regardless, I liked it so much, that this is the 2nd one I've purchased.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have a torn meniscus and I purchase multiple ice packs from other brands for my knee. I loved this product because the tech sustains a good temperature however the ice retention lasted 10 mins vs others that last 20 min. The product is sleek and has an amazing comfort. I would purchase this but you would need 2 sleeves to do a 20 min recovery. I feel that it is important that a recovery time and temp is more valuable and given the price point… it wasn’t comparable to other brands. Other brand lasted longer but the comfort wasn’t as great as theraice

10/10 product and I cannot recommend this enough. I’m 5’8” 160lbs and got the small/medium. The way it stays cold for long, provides compression at the same time is perfect for after run care.

This product is awesome! Chills very fast. Slides right over my injured knee, but i have also used on my hand and elbow. 👍👍👍
