This is such a cute warmie and it smells so good when warm. Brought a lot of comfort after my daughter's friend lost her mom. Her mom loved cats and this cat fit the bill. Priceless.

I personally don’t mind the smell of it when it’s heated up but my 6yo finds it “disgusting”… yet still cuddles with it so take that with a grain of salt. Also, do NOT wash them. Completely ruins it. have this thing for a long time and have had no problems with the scent even coming out of it, pop it in the microwave for about a minute and then you're good to go, stays warm for about 15 minutes and I've had no problems with anything leaking or fraying or coming out of the stuffed animal.even if you don't use it as a heating pad it's still a lovely weighted plush to carry around with you.

I bought this for my older brother who now lives with his daughter. He loves his kitty!!! It's so soft and cuddly, a sure "I love this" gift. Truly it's adorable and my brother keeps kitty in bed with him, so I guess the lavender smell and her cuteness help calm him down. It's different and lovely!!!!

Calico cat is a great size and weight. Definitely not light. Weighs more like our cat. lol. I love that though! The smell of lavender is definitely a bit on the strong side but hoping that will subside with time/use. I inspected both cats I bought and no flaws or holes in mine! yay! I placed a napkin on the bottom part of my microwave and placed the cat on top. Definitely a weird feeling heating up a cat, but okkk. LOL! I'm glad I read from another review the moisture that it releases when it is heated up. The napkins was a bit wet with "oil" like substance. Which I am guessing is from the lavender. The cat felt a bit humid in belly area but nothing like wet wet. Hoping this is less with use as well. I heated it up for 60 seconds first. Moved cat around and then heated 30 seconds more. It didn't feel hot hot hot until I had the cat on me that it "gradually" starts warming up! It's a good thing but I think the 60 seconds would've been sufficient. My microwave is one of those small ones. My kids were thrilled with their cats!

This really helped with tummy aches and bedtime with a kiddo who hates going to bed.
