Useful. UH-WC182 Whipped Cream Dispenser 1/2 Liter Canister Whipper

Easy to use, works great, fresh homemade whip cream at home! We add vanilla and stevia to make a delicious sugar free whip cream.

It works.It's straightforward. It works. The only thing is, I wish it came with some guidelines for how high you're supposed to fill it.

DOESN'T LAST!!!We have only been using these dispensers for a little over 4 months.1st issue; they don't consistently hold a charge. They probably do 90% of the time but occasionally they just loose charge and we ended up putting a new cartridge in.2nd; after 3 months use, one of the chargers lost its ability to hold cream in at all. Without even pressing the trigger, all the whipped cream would come out like an unleashed can of silly string.We own a coffee shop and have used itemals like these for years. This one has been the worst.

The dispenser itself is very nice and the cartridge holder works fine (needs some oil every now and then) but the tips are awful. One wouldn't even stay on at all and I had to use Gorilla Glue to firmly attach the one that will that I want to use, therefore would not buy again.

Poor build quality, overall feels shoddy. The part that pierces the charger doesn't do a very good job - sometimes an abnormally large amount of force is required - nor is a seal reliably formed between the charger and the fitting. Small amounts of gas or liquid propellent sometimes escape, (the latter posing well-known safety risks) besides the reduced whipping effectiveness due to wasted propellent. Entry level whipped cream dispensers (from Mosa, for example) are available at a similar price point and do not have these issues.

Had some trouble with it at first not properly sealing (a very important quality of a pressurized container), but I now know you must make sure the top is sealed very tightly before you try to "charge" it with Nitrous Oxide. Works quite well, is pretty efficient and easy to use. Make sure you buy NO2 whipped cream chargers with it, I use the isi brand and they work just fine.

Fantastic once day delivery and product is high quality when I use it for, whipping cream... No leaks and doesn't get too cold to hold. One year warranty makes this perfect 5 stars for me!
