Wouldn’t use any other bark!

This really is a great bark that is very long lasting. My orchid’s roots love it and grow like crazy in this stuff. No need to add any other medium to it either. I use this size for oncidium, dendrobium, Mini cattleyas and near blooming size catts.

These are pebble sized bark that are firm and dry out of the package. No rotting, shredded bits or the type of dust associated with it breaking down. Night and day better than what I got at the big box store. I am ordering again and have good faith it should last me well. I soaked and rinsed 3x and then potted up my orchids after trimming dead roots, cleaning dried leaf residue off the main stem and addressing any possible rot. I only have phals right now. I've been growing orchids on and off for the last 20 years. These current ones I have had over 5 years and they put on a huge show in the winter.

This is the best pine bark I’ve found out there. Some of the bark I get from my local garden center is full of mites… Which is not really a problem because they don’t hurt the plants at all… But sometimes you don’t want little mites or springtails running all over your soil, and this bark is the best way to avoid that. I’m addicted to the smell too. Heavenly.

I've used Orchiata bark for a number of years, have always bought it with the Orchiata label on it. In no way is this bark like the bark I've been buying. It's much smaller than the medium sized Orchiata bark. The chips are irregular in size and shape. It seems like these are the seconds from the labeled bark I've bought. From now on I'll only buy the bark labeled Orchiata.

This is beautiful bark and a perfect size for potting orchids. It was delivered on time and in excellent condition.
