Very impressed with these - i believe they are made under agreement with the original maker of this capsules and it shows in how well they are packaged and work with the machines - they are basically genuine with different coffee in them,. The flavours are a good range including the main Starbucks brands and they are all very pleasant. I personally find the House to be my favourite as it has a great blend of flavours - especially as I prefer a bolder /smokier flavour. THe decaff here is very good as well - better than the actual products in my view which just don’t taste the same for for me - here, the flavour is strong and it’s perfectly drinkable and doesn’t feel like a compromise. Very good range, price and quality.

Great, way cheaper than regular Nespresso pods for the quantity and some good tasting ones in there to try. I bought them to give them a go as in the local shop they only do one type and a sleeve is double the price. Apart from decaf which gives me a headache the rest are great, a good selection of light and dark roasts. Look great in my wall pod holder if your that sort of person, and the names of each pod are on the capsule head rather than the foil which makes them easy to identify. Will definitely buy again.

The pods themselves are great, and the flavours compete well with the more bitter nespresso brand pods. Like the other coffees under the brand, all the flavours are on the bitter side, whereas i prefer more rounded options (but could be perfect for fans of more bitter flavours, at a good price).

Obviously, how much enjoyment you get from these comes down to how much you like, or not, Starbucks coffee. Assuming you are a fan (and if not, these won't convert you) there is decent variety here flavour-wise, as well as a good mix of espresso and lungo friendly capsules. The price of these packs seems to fluctuate a bit but generally are cheaper than regular capsules. However, they are made in partnership with Nespresso so fit machines perfectly, but more importantly can be recycled along with the rest of your capsules.

Works out 25p each at writing time, vs 33p at the supermarket, not a massive saving but it adds up over time if you drink a lot of coffee. The variety box is a nice way to try all the different ones, I particularly like the decaf, which I don't usually, so I call that a win. The espressos are particularly nice if you're a Starbucks milky drink fan. Mine came packaged just fine, in fact Amazon were very sensible and just slapped a shipping label on the outside of the container, much better than putting the box inside another box... I got the long sleeve-type boxes, apparently Starbucks are slowly switching to smaller boxes with 2 rows of 5 capsules but Amazon still seem to have the old-style boxes. All the capsules were in shape for me, no crushed ones, maybe I'm just lucky with my friendly local Amazon driver.

In my experience this Starbucks variety pack is slightly substandard I found myself only using five out of the eight packets and that was due to having strong flavours other than coffee

I'm not pretentious about coffee -- honestly, it pretty much all tastes the same to me. These taste great and they work easily with my Nespresso machine. Easy and good value on subscription, too.
