⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️This product has been a crucial part of my piercing aftercare routine. The fine mist is gentle and doesn’t cause any irritation or stinging, even on fresh piercings. It’s convenient to use, sprays at any angle, perfect for those hard to reach piercings (daiths, rooks, etc), and is much more hygienic than trying to make my your own saline solution. I noticed reduced swelling and faster healing after just a few days of consistent use. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a no-fuss, way to keep piercings clean and healthy.

I got my nose pierced approximately 6 weeks ago. From day one I used H20cean to keep it clean. It worked fine. My piercer told me that I only needed saline spray for the first 4 weeks. Unfortunately, I started developing the dreaded "bump" within a few days of discontinuing use. Within days, the bump became ugly, red, and crusty. I panicked, and immediately began researching what I should do. I saw mention of this product, and went for overnight delivery. I've been using it for 8 days now (3x/day), and the bump is getting smaller and smaller by the day. I expect it to be completely resolved soon. I love this spray! I'd rate it better than the competing brands because of the sprayer, alone. I'll always use this and recommend it to others.

I got my Nipples & Septum pierced. So I’ve been using this the past 3 months. At least 2x a day if not once but it’s good it sprays out as a MIST which is awesome and very accommodating to New peircings / open wounds / tender areas. (Because I’ve had others that spray out very hard and or a lot at once as well, which hurts) So this product is PERFECT! I will buy again and will be using it for at least another year on my Nipples

I've bought this tons of times, first at the piercing studio and now I can get it direct cheaper on Amazon.Both my daughter and I use it for our nose piercings, especially now that she had to get hers re-pierced after a tear then flare up and having to let it heal.It's great for our skin when we need to use it to dry out/keep healthy around the piercings. It lasts forever too.So glad I found it here on Amazon!

Easy to apply to new piercings. Bought a bottle at the piercing shop when I went with a friend and gave her the bottle. It was about the same price on here for a bottle twice the size. Loved it was bigger so I could use it again when I got my next piercing.

Perfect for belly piercings. I’m sure you can use it on other piercings as well but the only experience I have is with belly button. My 15 year old had zero problems using this product while her piercing healed, thanks to this it healed beautifully, quickly and easily. Will purchase again!!!

I do not enjoy spraying this into my nose to clean my septum piercing. I tried it twice and it was unpleasant and the rest of my face got wet from the mist. It is much more comfortable (and less wet) to spray a couple Q-tips until they're saturated and gently clean the area with those instead. I'm sure it's much better if you're spraying an ear. I am not buying this particular version of Neilmed's saline spray again. The first aid wound wash is much cheaper and works just as well if you're spraying it on Q-tips.

Bought this for my nose piercing, I had a bump that kept *almost* going away and then coming back over the course of the last month. Within a week of using this stuff the bump is completely gone!
