Reliable, good value
I've bought this brand several times with no problems. Taking cinnamon supplements is supposed to help with sugar regulation. I don't have high sugar but lots of people in my family do, so I figure it can't hurt.

I think this cinnamon is doing what I purchased it for which was to help with blood sugar and diet. The only issue I have is the gel cap seems to dissolve in my throat and sometimes feels like it is getting stuck. (I normally do not have issues swallowing pills)
