Anastasia Beverly Hills - DIPBROW Pomade

At 71 I have a fairly youthful face but unfortunately I was a blonde at birth and continue to have those pale eyebrows. I do try to tint them but it wears off fairly quickly which means I need a supplemental color. Pencils were ghastly and those pens that give hair like appearance may work well for those women who have very little eyebrow hair but I still have a lot of eyebrow hair. This cream is a perfect color and when applied with the right brush, it makes my brows fit right in with my beautifully colored dark hair. I do advise two things though. 1) As I said, the correct brush. You don’t want a fluffy, soft brush or a small, pointed brush (like an eyeliner brush). A fairly small, square shaped brush, cut to be on the stiffer side. 2) Applying the product, it’s better to apply it in several layers, working it in until you’re happy with the result, than to put too much on the first time and have to remove it all. Also keep a spoolie handy and use it to blend after each layer. This way if you make a mistake and use too much product, you can take it away with the spoolie.I’ve tried a number of different products but came back to this one as best. ALSO IMPORTANT - be sure to recap after use; this crème will dry out otherwise and you’ll have to buy new.

The media could not be loaded. This is best dip brow pomade I’ve ever used . It goes on smooth . Doesn’t easily smudge. Will last for a few days without reapplying . The best ! Worth the money for sure !!

Works well

Love this, a little goes a long way and lasts all day. Very easy to use with slanted brow brush and if it's thin, you can even make very thin lines.

I use this pomade often. It works well and lasts long, but it gets dry so quickly and it isn't waterproof/smudge-proof

I wanted to leave a review for anyone like me that might be deciding between dark brown and ebony.I am very very pale and have dark black-brown hair. Everyone told me that ebony would be too dark for me. Still, I have purchased other dark browns in the past and they were not dark enough. I decided to take a risk and purchase ebony, which was outside of my comfort zone.Ebony was perfect. That being said - ebony itself is a very very dark brown - or black brown. It is not jet black.As far as the product itself goes, I am overly pleased. I use drugstore cheapy brands for all of my makeup needs. I have tried several eyebrow kits, and honestly, I noticed my eyebrows always had a smudged appearance - they were not crisp and well defined no matter what technique I used. I figured it was just my eyebrows - they don't quite clean up well. Never have. After trying this product, I found that it was the other products that was my issues. I have very crisp, natural looking beautiful brows now!At first, it looks overly expensive for the amount of product you get. But I barely touched my brush to it. BARELY. I'd say that (theoretically) if the quality of this product never changed, you could apply this every day for the rest of your life and probably still have some left over.It glides on really easily - much easier than any other product I've tried for brows. I was scared that it might be more advanced than anything I'm used to - but that is not the case! After it sets, it hardly smudges or wipes off. I'd say it's ideal for both power brows or natural brows, whichever is your thing. It's all about how much product you put on. You just need to pick the right shade.You WILL want a good angled brush to apply and define and a spoolie for softening - no matter which look you prefer!
