Good seasoning for ramen, over rice, meat or vegetables. I usually mix with other seasonings.

I'm not a ramen expert but for the price and quantity I feel the intensity of the flavor from the mix should be stronger. It takes a good bit to get good flavor.

LOVE THIS STUFF!
I love the different spice blends that I have gotten from Gustus Vitae, but this one is by far my favorite. I put it on all my ramen and other noodle bowls. One jar lasted me a year.
