Great product. I have eczema that caused bad hyperpigmentation on my neck. Noticeable difference after the first few days of using. It’s a little drying on the skin so you’ll want a good moisturizer to pair with it but it was great 👍

Economical and works well. Start with the 5% if you’re new to acids but I use this maybe 3-4 times a month in addition to tretinoin (not at the same time) and it leaves skin smooth. Just use moisture after and SPF daily

I bought this with three other serums to use in conjunction. The first serum I use is Chebula serum, Lactic Acid I only use at night. Hyaluronic Acid, Resveratrol, Matrixyl 10%. I got this formula from an esthetician . The first step is cleansing your face and then apply the serums letting each absorb. Then I apply a toner and moisturizer following with sunscreen. I have seen a really big difference in my skin. The ordinary products are so affordable this routine is doable. Do this a.m. and p.m. Except only using the lactic acid in the p.m.

Products is good, my skin is just sensitive but its actually great as a primer before my makeup doesn’t leave my face oily or shiny at the end of the day. Haven’t really seen difference in my skin.

OMG- I am 48yo, surgical menopause and ridiculously dry skin! I ordered several of Ordinary’s products 3 days ago for the first time. I can’t believe how well they work for the price. My hubby noticed ( he never notices anything, lol) how soft and smooth my skin looks. 10/10 ! I have always paid ridiculous amounts of money for my skin care products - don’t get near the results. Never again.

I imagine it is doing good in lightening my brown spots even in the Florida sun. Does irritate if you have an open spot on your face. I use other The Ordinary products over this lactic acid. I use it at night only about 3x per week. Noscent

With acrel skin peeling you have to use items like this that's a 1 trick pony ingredient. Faint scent so it's great that it's not triggering my migrains with over powering stink covered pooperi.
