Is this a pure cake flour or cake flour blend? Some of the pictures says cake flour blend. So i got confused a little bit.

Would king arhtur cake enhancer make this flour perform better?

Only Trust King Arthur Cake Flour

Having family with allergies (especially corn allergies), I have learned that King Arthur Flour is one of the only flours I can trust to be free of byproducts or corn mixed with their flour. IT is always of fantastic quality, light, and fluffy, rarely needing to be sifted. Most importantly, though, it always works well and makes the best cakes and cookies. They also have instructions on the box and on their website to help bakers, making it very easy to use, and you always know the quality will be there. I will admit, though, that what always keeps me coming back is that it always produces the best taste in recipes. I cannot imagine using anything else. If you are worried about gluten, it is not

Best cake flour I've found

This King Arthur cake flour is wonderful. I have used a couple of other brands, but the King Arthur has been a proven winner for me. Cakes come out light and fluffy and taste delicious.

Excellent - does the job well

A great cake flour that performs really well. Finished cake has a good, tender crumb that hold up well when sliced. I'd highly recommend this for baking cakes when the outcome is important to you.

Made the best strawberry cake with this flour

I just bought this to make my husband a cake for his birthday. The cake turned out absolutely perfect and he reports it was the best cake he has ever had. The cake flour seems to be of high quality and a super fine texture - King Arthur has never disappointed in their flours. I wish it were organic, but otherwise a great product.

Expired date always close

Always good, I am still repeat order. But, please give me the new product with expired date more longer. I bought on July 2025 and I always got expired date on Dec 2025 or Oct I forgot to take picture of the box. Thanks

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Game changer for cupcakes and brownies & copycat lofthouse cookies! Even if the recipe calls for AP switch to this and the difference is amazing! And yes it works perfect for anything that says “bleached cake flour”, it does not need to be bleached!
