Totally useless present and the return window has now passed
First time out of the box since this was purchased as a Christmas present. Heats, loads, but does not "print". Totally useless present and the return window has now passed. Really disappointed.

Grandson ‘s Christmas present - spent most of Christmas Day practising and achieved a couple of wonky cubes. Started creating a bicycle- work in progress,

Only worked for one day!
Brought for Christmas & worked fine. I got it out for my daughter today for only the second time & it didn’t work at all! She is devastated as we brought new colours & she spent time & energy in designs. This was a big deal for a child with Autism. Amazon said Return window has closed.

BUYER BEWARE
It doesn’t work at all. Bought this as a gift for me nieces birthday and she was so upset we couldn’t get it to work. We followed all the horrible English instructions and nothing. Waste of money will be returning.

Lack of information on how to use product if you have never used 1 before!!!
I tried too use my 3d pen the other day & because of lack of instruction on how too use it? I couldn’t get it too work I know it’s the 1st time I have tried too use 1 !!!
