Has issues - no straps
Nice bag, but not actually one of the backpack models (which I didn't realise when I bought it, as the models are all mixed up together in the listing). Despite photos showing an adult man next to the bag for scale, the actual retractable handle is very short.

For overall this product is good. Its light in weight, good in balance, and look stylish. I give 4 star because its handle are little bit shaky and the zipper cover didn’t sew smoothly.
