Effective supplement
So far this supplement has really helped my muscle cramping & has significantly improved my sleep. As someone who is very sensitive to all supplements & meds, I only need one pill & so far, I seem to tolerate these well.

What a treat.
Wow! I was reading a book that recommended this for sleep. I was hoping to find something i could take daily (thats why the 4 stars) and while this is not that, it was a treat to actually get some quality sleep. My Fitbit score is usually in the mid/high 70s- to low 80s...... Last night i broke the 90s for the first time in months..... I slept almost 9 hours, woke up once for bathroom, had a sexy dream, AND my neck/ shoulders feel like I had a massage ( very relaxed). It says to take 3, I took one but im very sensitive to meds. I would definitely recommend for when you have the time to get a solid 9-10 and want an actual recharge.

These have really helped with leg cramps,

Horrible smell
Not convinced these really work. On the evenings that I take 2 or 3, it does help with leg cramps. But, they smell and taste horrible!! Pills are large and hard to swallow especially with the smell. Will not re-order
