How do you measure size for the elbow sleeve?

Using a measuring tape, I measured my arm 2" above (10 1/2") and below (9 1/2") the elbow and ordered a medium based on the sizing chart shown on front page. It fits nicely, doesn't roll and I can feel the compression support as I had hoped.

Elbow support does not solve tennis elbow issues in general. Does this help tendinitis ???!!! Tennis elbow needs support at forearm.

Does it help forearm tendonitis that radiates to my hand?

Will this help with my hyper extended elbow injury?

Are there medical properties of copper that aid in the healing of pain?

Technically there are no medical properties. However, if it helps and you feel a difference, then a placebo effect can do wonders. Just FYI I am an Internist and have studied if copper can help relieve pain or heal injuries in any way. There is NO evidence that it does, but again if it helps you continue as it will not hurt you in any way and placebos have been well studied and the affects can be real.
