If you want to keep the bottle for long, this is a good one to get.
This is my second one. One in my workplace and one for home. Highly recommended.

Great water bottle
Love this bottle. It’s an excellent quality. I use it every day. I was worried it would be too fragile, but it’s doing fine.

Beautiful - Encourages Me to Drink Because It's So Easy
I love drinking out of glass bottles and this one is no exception. I use it in my office and it's so pleasant to look at and drink from. When I finish 19 ounces I know it's time to get out of the chair and move!!$35.00 is expensive I know. There also isn't a silicone sleeve on this which makes it more apt to break. For me in my environment, I"m looking for a space saving encouragement to drink more water or herbal tea and this does the job. For me, that's worth $35.00 as I look at it as a great way to encourage a positive habit. I did deduct a star because of the price. The bottle itself is narrow and so is the top of it. The plastic top comes away from the silicone for cleaning purposes. Normal ice cubes will fit through the top easily. The bottom plastic is nice because no coaster is not needed. It would make a great gift for the person in your life who you want to encourage to drink more water. I'd love to receive a gift like this! Great if you don't know what to buy for someone too!

Easy to fill and clean
This is a glass water bottle with a silicone base and lid. The bottle stands 10” high and is 2.75” in diameter. It weighs 17 oz empty. The walls are entirely glass, while there is a 1.5” tall silicone sleeve at the base that can be removed for thorough cleaning. The top has two openings. The lower one opens like a jar to reveal a glass opening with threads that is 2” in diameter, wide enough for ice cubes or a bottle brush. The upper one reveals a glass sipping spout 1” in diameter with no threads (the threads on the silicone rim on the outside, away from the spout). The top of the bottle has a flat silicone seal that presses against the glass spout. This seal can be removed for washing. The top also has a flexible silicone ring for hanging or carrying the bottle. The bottle was made in China.I like how easy this bottle is to fill or clean. Several other glass water bottles that I have tried lately have narrow openings at the top which means you can’t add ice and you need a very slim bottle brush to clean them. The wide opening on this bottle makes it ideal for adding ice. I also feel comfortable carrying fruit smoothies or milk in this bottle since all parts of the bottle are easy to clean. The instructions say not to carry hot, carbonated or perishable liquids in the bottle since they may cause pressure that will cause the bottle to leak. Indeed, the only closure at the top is a silicone ring that presses against the glass spout. If that ring is not seated properly (after you remove it for cleaning), you could get leaks in that area, and pressure from a carbonated beverage could also loosen the seal and cause leaks. So this bottle is best for water and other cool non-carbonated beverages. Overall, this bottle is sturdy, easy to clean, and minimizes contact with plastics.

Nice design, easy to clean. 4 Pieces in total. Glass = Cleaner Taste than Stainless Steel
This is a very nice glass bottle if that is your preference. It's 4 pieces in total. The bottle itself, the cap, the mouth piece, and a ridge around the mouth piece which can be separated from it. The mouth piece is also made of glass. Drinking out of this is very easy. I like the symmetrical design, and the rubber base is nice because it prevents sliding when sitting on a table. It has a small handle that can't be shifted but it makes it easy to carry. The only downside to glass is that when you add ice to it, it creates condensation on the outside. Vacuum insulated stainless steel bottles not do this. Those also keep liquids hot for up to 12 hours and cold up to 24 hours. However, I highly recommend glass over stainless steel for a lot of reasons, which I will list:Primarily, glass offers a cleaner taste because it does not absorb odors or colors. It won't leach any kind of chemicalsIt's dishwasher safeIt's 100% recyclable and better for the environment during manufacturing than stainless steel isYou can put other liquids in it without worrying about it becomes stained with smells and different liquids due to the first point about stainless absorbing flavors. The downside is that it's fragile. It has the potential to crack if dropped. Glass also does not do well during rapid temperature transitions, so when you wash it with warm/hot water, wait until it gets to room temperature before you start throwing ice water in it or it can crack.Overall, though, this is one of the better glass bottles I've used. Highly recommend this if you're looking for a glass water bottle.

Questionable Durability
I'm so sad that this got a chip in it. I've had it just shy of a month, and I was really loving this thing. My last water bottle lasted me for 3 years, and I was recently in the market for a new one. I got this hoping the glass wouldn't become a problem, considering I have a bad habit of dropping stuff. Well, I was being especially careful with this thing, and sat it down to pet a puppy. Puppy runs over by me, boops it lightly, and it tips over. It barely had any fluids and just barely tapped the cement driveway, but it was enough to put a chip in it.Oh well. So far it's still holding water, but I don't know how much longer it'll last. Geez, now that I think about it, I hope it doesn't shatter in my hands or mouth at some point...Other than that, it's not a terrible water bottle. The lid has 2 parts. The top part opens up to a tapered section, that is mainly used to drinking. If you remove the rest, it opens up the whole a bit more, so you can add things like ice. I've found the bigger lid kind of hard to unscrew sometimes. This is due to the top part of the lid wanting to twist off. Really gotta get a good grip on it, to get the whole thing off.Overall not the worst water bottle in the world, but I'm really questioning the long term viability of this thing. Perhaps if it was equipped with a better silicone cover. Instead of being flush with the glass, they should make it stick up a little bit. That way tiny drops like mine will impact the silicone and not the glass.
