Is this authentic Japanese or a north American licensed product?

From what I’ve gathered it seems to be authentic. The tag says Rilakkuma on the front and has the bear face and San X on the back. And the other tag gives you the addresses of the North American and Japan company. It’s also super high quality. I bought the large bear and it fits all the criteria that makes a bear authentic

Nice and plushy!

The plushy is real to size as described and really cute. No bad smells and feels and looks like it is made from quality materials. The seams are done well and the fabric feels very soft. My daughter is giving it to her friend and she will love it.
