Q: Does it come with a gasket?

Mine did not. However, you can reuse the gasket from the old thremostat

Q: It said it came with a seal, however mine did not. My old one is not reusable, can you send me one please? Since I paid for it?

If it were me, I would return the one that arrived without the new rubber seal in place, and then reorder another, unless a local dealership parts department or nearby store has one in stock.
