Good lighweight boots. Size runs large and wide.
The top of the box was missing, but otherwise the boots are fine. This is my third pair. My first pair I hike over 1,000 miles in, the second pair had a problem with the faux leather peeling and leaking but I still wore them. For the price they are good lighweight 3 season boots. I just hiked 40 miles in this pair and they are very waterproof. I like that the fit is on the large side.

extremely comfortable boots. instantaneous break in period. haven't felt boots this comfortable since the 70's.i have never purchased this brand before, but the boots were so attractive that i could not resist. they are as light as sneakers, but with superior build quality and ruggedness. try a pair, you will NOT regret it.

Underrated light/medium work boot.
I bought these boots as an alternative to my leather work boots mostly because of weight. I have been very surprised by Columbia. I wore these boots primarily on concrete 10hrs a day. They have kicked pallets, they've been worked in snow, puddles of water, worked in mud, etc. I am very surprised how well they have held up. My feet have never been wet because of these boots. These boots are still structurally sound but the outsole is nearly bald. Not a single stitch is coming apart. At this point they fit like a glove but i need a shoe with tread(ha). I bought another pair. These will be retired to garage use only. They don't have a chank so if you're on ladders a lot i would choose a different option.Otherwise,I 100% recommend these boots.

great value
I really like these boots. the leather is soft and they fit well right out of the box. The last pair I had lasted several years as I was only using them for hiking occasionally. They fit my narrow foot well without any slipping around inside the boot. I think they're the equal or better than many more expensive boots. The price varies considerably on the color so check all the colors for the best price. If you're not too picky you can really get a good deal occasionally.
