BEWARE
BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT REFURBISHED FROM CYBERWAREHOUSE, CAME TO ME WITH THE TOUCHSCREEN NOT WORKING, CALLED THEM AND THEY HAPPILY SENT ME A RETURN LABEL AND SO IT DIDNT COST ME ANYTHING TO SEND IT BACK JUST INCONVIENT, THEN IT CAME BACK AND STILL DIDNT WORK, AGAIN I WAS INCONVIENT, AGAIN I HAD TO PACK UP AND SEND BACK, I HAVE ARTHRITIS REALLY BAD SO I HURT PACKING IT AGAIN AND SENDING IT BACK AGAIN,, AT THIS POINT I JUST WANTED A REFUND, BUT TO MY SUPRISE THEY SENT ME A BRAND NEW ONE, SO WAS IT WORTH THE PAIN? Runs Netflix hulu streams movies downloads play store games just fine very good picture people think there getting a PC its not it is a tablet it does all things I want it to do/yeah not latest android but as long as I can get Netflix hulu play games stream/movies and surf the web and music you tube and its 1080p hdthat's all I need it to do and if I need some thing more powerfull I will just pull out my HP laptop the only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that it has to be plug in there is no battery compartment but its worth 200 bucks
