Great tool for toddlers with feelings
My 2 year old was chewing on everything, and when she got really excited or overwhelmed she would bite me or whoever she had feelings about - her brother, the dog, etc. - and it was frustrating for everyone because she’d get in trouble for hurting people when it was just a reaction to big feelings. I got these and when I gave them to her I said “I got you these cool bracelets so when you get really excited, you can bite on them instead of people or other stuff!” She instantly put them on her little wrist with a huge smile and grabbed one between her teeth. That was three days ago and she won’t take them off. She loves her pretty bracelets and uses them as intended. When she’s full of feelings I see her bite and pull them with her teeth and it really does eliminate the negative fallout of that need. She knows that she’s allowed to bite on them and she’s relieved to have something to chew on that won’t land her in time out. I’ve noticed she does it when she gets frustrated and it prevents her from escalating. Today my son (1 year old) was getting angry about something and she took a bracelet off her wrist and handed it to him, and showed him with the ones still on her that they were for biting. He imitated her and it soothed him - she shared the method with him and now he wears one too. Worth every penny. They’re durable, and the colors are attractive and appealing to kids. The plastic is the perfect texture for chewing and they seem to return to their original shape after being stretched and pulled so far. She bites pretty hard and I’ve not seen any damage to them at all so far - I’m sure they’ll take some on over time, but for the price it’s a great value and will be worth replacing when that day comes. Such a simple little thing, with such a big impact.

My children put everything in their mouths - and with these, I can let them!
For whatever reason, my children put everything in their mouths. And I'm talking relatively normal 12 - 6 year-olds. It's just a thing with them. Mostly, the older ones bite their nails. However JJ, my 8 year old, eats almost anything - pencils (all parts), clothes, and toys. It's a fidget habit we just can't seem to break. I bought some pencil toppers to help at school (which have done wonders) and these to help the rest of the time. Let me say, I am impressed and about to buy a second set for backups. Huge Pros: They are durable. JJ really bites them hard when he's feeling frustrated and there isn't even a dent to show for it. It even holds up to the pre-teens nom-noming it. Also, there is really no taste. They fit his wrist very well and don't fall off. The colors are nice and relatively neutral (mostly clear with a color tint). There is a pink one, but it's so lightly colored I think he could get away with wearing it if his sister didn't steal it first. They looked clean and were delivered quickly. Minor Con: They are not elastic, so they do stretch out and lose their shape if the kid really tugs on it. If the child stops after it begins to warp, it will gradually go back to it's shape. However, if they keep tugging it, it will lose it's shape. (The first one JJ had could probably fit over his head.) However, if you put the bracelet into really hot water, it instantly snaps back to its normal shape. I'd bet it would eventually break, but so far it's holding up well. Overall, I highly recommend.

Cute and sturdy bracelets
I think these bracelets are great! They’re very sturdy—you can pull and stretch and bite them and they won’t break. I got these for my kid who likes to bite her nails, but unfortunately she says they don’t taste good and hasn’t used them as much as I hoped. Great concept, but didn’t work for us.

Excellent for toddlers
My toddler loves bracelets and will happily make anything possible into a bracelet if no real ones are on hand, so I bought her these because of the good reviews and the fun colors. We both love them—they were easy to wash right out of the packaging. They stretch well and allow my 17 month old to easily put them on herself and they have held up perfectly the past few weeks despite constant play and over-stretching. We would absolutely buy these again. I can’t think what else I would need in a bracelet that these don’t offer! There was an extra offer in my box if I emailed the company (the offer did not require a review, I’m just very pleased with the company and felt compelled to review) and they were very nice, so I think that if you did have an issue for some reason that they would be easy to work with.

Great for chewing
My 17 year old with autism has an oral fixation, these are great, doesn't look like a "baby toy" and is soft enough but sturdy for them to chew on. Great product.
